I came across Chloe while working at a vet clinic! She was boarding with us when her owner suddenly had health issues and could no longer take care of her, so I offered to foster her. She loves to do spins, enjoys playing with cats, and eats pretty much anything.

Senior dog adoption opportunity. Her elderly owner unfortunately passed away and my husband and I have been fostering her until we can find her a forever home. Amy is a chocolate brown chiweenie. She is 14 years old and was born March 13, 2012. She’s a small breed and loves to burrow under blankets. She is shy and timid, but warms up to you. She does well in calm, peaceful environments. She prefers to be indoors and in a nice quiet corner and rarely makes noises. . She has been going to Sherwood Veterinary Clinic in Beaumont, TX since she was a puppy and is up to date on heart work meds and vaccinations. She is very healthy and gets around easily. My husband and I have an 11 month old baby and another baby due in October 2026, which is why we cannot keep her. She makes a great companion and is a very quiet and calm dog. She also does well with other dogs of all sizes and cats.She deserves a quiet home and more attention which is why we are sadly needing to rehome her.

She does use the bathroom outside but needs more training in a better situation to go outside fully. She is kennel trained. She loves tug of war and like to tug of war with her leash on walks. She is a beautiful girl and the most beautiful thing I think is her big ears!
