Story
A family was leaving the neighborhood and just gave this pup to my son. Unfortunately, we are just too busy and this pup needs more attention than we can provide. He’s a puppy probably a few months old. I believe Collie. He’s playful and adorable and I hope we can find him the right family to love him and be active with him.

Story
Sandy showed up in our neighborhood last March. She is a perfect loving dog. At almost 7 yrs old she is leash trained, housebroken, loving, travels well and gets along with balanced dogs. She is perfectly happy being loved on all day. She is basically indifferent with other dogs. She will sniff then go about her business.. She has never learned to play. We do not know how long she was by herself but came from New Caney, TX where owner gave her to neighbor when she was 2.5 yrs. old because she always escaped. Vet said she has very worn down teeth due to chewing her way out of kennels. cables, chains, etc. It took her a couple of weeks to feel at home. She is a loving gentle giant and very vocal when she wants to be loved on. .She does not bark and is not food, people, or dog aggressive. She loves everyone and never met a stranger.

Story
Uzi is two years old and is a pure-bred American Bully. He has been with us since he was a puppy and has been a loved pet his entire life. Uzi is extremely affectionate and loves to cuddle with his human family. Uzi was neutered approximately 6 months ago. He is very active and loves to play. He has been around other similarly aged dogs in the same home throughout his life, but on a couple of occasions has had fights with his adopted Staffordshire brother, and recently got into a fight with his German Shepherd-mix sister. Unfortunately, we do not have the time or knowledge needed to give Uzi the proper training needed to get along with his canine family. As such, we're hoping to find Uzi a home where he can get the care and attention he deserves.

Story
We are currently fostering my stepmother’s 3 dogs as she has been admitted to memory care along with my father. Angel is a dachshund corgi mix. She is approximately 8 years old. She has dough eyes, is very sweet, and will give you good companionship. She is a quiet observer, but will also let you know if something‘s awry outside. She is obedient and house-trained. She’s very protective of other animals. She’s good around cats and livestock. We have cats, a ducks and pigs, as well as other dogs. Angel was a runner and would benefit from a good fence and gate. Since living with us, we have seen a positive change in this behavior, but will need the protection for this transition.
