Story
Beware to the world, for our Princess Tortellini has arrived to claim her throne (and your heart!) Immediately! This 10 week old kitten is a captivating blend of priss and charm, and a huge dose of adventurous spirit.  She demands head scratches on her own terms and will let you know when she is ready for a royal audience.  When she’s not being pampered, she’s busy exploring her kingdom with the bravery of a true explorer.  This Princess Tortilleni is anxiously waiting on her forever castle. Please write to critter cavalry rescue at ccrnewengland@gmail.com and express your interest in this royal kitten.     Our vetting is extensive: Spay, rabies, FIV vaccine, FIV tested and negative, fecal and dewormings and a Drontal  and microchipped. PLEASE NOTE:   Our dogs and cats are fostered in Tennessee and can transport weekly up to the Northeast region.  Request an application and learn more about Critter Cavalry at https://www.crittercavalry.com/adoption.July 13, 2025, 11:32 am

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Update:Leila (on the bottom) is a striking longhair and a pretty big-sized lady. She has warmed up to her foster Mom considerably since coming to her current foster home and will sometimes accept being petted when approached calmly. Although she certainly spends some time outside in the enclosed yard of her foster building, she spends the majority of her time inside, usually on a cat tree or comfy bed. She seems certain to be a real homebody and will be a beautiful presence in a quiet, traffic-safe barn home. Leila and her long-term companion, Croissant, continue to be closely bonded and are adoptable only as a pair. Original Post:Leila is a sweet but cautious kitty who is quite shy around most people. She might eventually allow a person she trusts to pet her, but doesn't want to be picked up or held. She does well with other cats, but has had no direct exposure to dogs. Leila will most likely be happiest as a barn cat in a quiet barn environment in a traffic-safe location. Adoption together with her close friend and companion, Croissant, is a must!Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.Adopting from The Cat Shack The Cat Shack rescue is all volunteer and the adopted cats are delivered to your home. Because we deliver the cats to you, we must restrict the adoptions of our highly adoptable cats to a 1 hour drive from the Allentown PA area. In certain situations, 'special-needs' cats, ferals and older cats will be adopted to homes at a greater distance then a 1 hour drive from Allentown PA. The first step in adoption is to... Story
Meet Silkie, a sweet lovebug with a heart as big as his future floof. Rescued from a hoarding situation, Silkie’s fur was in rough shape when he first arrived but after a much needed shaved down, he is on his way to reclaiming his glorious coat. He’s gentle, affectionate, and absolutely ready to start his new life in a home that gives him the love and space he’s always deserved. Despite a heart murmur and being on prescription kidney food, this boy doesn’t let anything slow him down—he’s all about love, cuddles, and soaking up attention like a sponge. Silkie is a world-class snuggler who would thrive in a home with another cat friend and adores kids of all ages. If you're looking for a devoted, silky-soft (soon!) companion to fill your days with purrs and affection, Silkie’s your guy—come meet him and let the love begin. If adoption isn’t in the cards right now, you can still make a difference by clicking the donate button below Silkie’s profile. It would be pawsitively amazing!

Story
Kitty has been with me since I found him as a stray kitten in 2016. He’s now 9 years old—affectionate, gentle, and loves going outside on a harness to watch birds. He’s great with kids and other animals, and though a little shy at first, he’s incredibly loving once he warms up. He needs to stay on UTI prescription food for his health—anything else could shorten his life. Otherwise, he’s healthy and should remain an indoor-only cat. This is heartbreaking for me—he’s been part of my life for so long—but due to financial hardship, I can’t give him what he needs. I’m hoping to find a kind, stable home where he’ll be safe and loved.
