Story
Meet Orange Boy, or OB as we now call him.  OB is a resilient 5-year-old soul who has officially traded the hardships of street life for a heart of gold. Though he was understandably timid when first rescued, he has blossomed into a deeply loyal companion who wants nothing more than to be your shadow. He is a "velcro cat" at heart, frequently following his favorite humans from room to room and he truly enjoys the affection of being picked up and held. When he isn't supervising your chores, you can find him channeling his kitten-like energy into a feather toy or perched at a window for a marathon session of "Bird TV." OB is FIV+ and is looking for a stable, indoor-only home where he can be the undisputed king of his castle as the only pet. He requires a calm, cat-experienced environment without children or other animals, where his owners can appreciate his need for a steady routine and recognize the subtle body language of overstimulation. For a patient adopter who understands feline behavior, OB offers the kind of devoted, one-on-one companionship that only a rescued cat can give. He is healthy, neutered, and fully up-to-date on his vaccinations, ready to start his next chapter as your one-and-only.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.March 7, 2026, 12:08 pm

Story
Meet Meesha, a feisty and loyal spirit who is the perfect match for someone seeking an independent yet personable companion. While she isn’t a fan of being cuddled, she is incredibly cute and loves interacting on her own terms, even surprising you with occasional lap visits. Meesha is a playful soul who often enjoys a game of fetch and is highly food-motivated, making her a joy to bond with through treats and toys. &#226&#128&#139She is looking for an adult-only home with an experienced owner who understands and respects a cat’s need for personal space. Meesha would prefer to be your only cat, though she could coexist peacefully with a very laid-back feline friend who won't invade her bubble. If you’re looking for a devoted playmate who values her autonomy, Meesha is ready to meet you.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.March 7, 2026, 12:08 pm

Story
This beautiful long-haired black kitty is called Georgia and is estimated to be around 2½ years old as of April 2026.  She was surrendered on April 9, 2026.  Just a few days later, on April 12, she was altered and began her journey toward a new chapter.  This beauty has a spicy personality that makes her all the more memorable.  While she’s still a bit timid and clearly unsure of her surroundings, she’s made impressive progress in just a short amount of time and continues to come out of her shell more each day.  Once Georgia feels comfortable, her confident side shines through—she’s the alpha kitty in her cat room and keeps a watchful eye on everything going on around her.  Playtime brings out her fun and fierce energy, especially when it comes to wand toys—she absolutely loves attacking the fish attachment with enthusiasm.  Although she currently tolerates sharing space with five other cats, she may truly thrive as the only cat in a home where she can fully relax and be the center of attention.  With patience and understanding, this striking girl has the potential to form a strong bond and become a loyal, entertaining companion.   Critter Cavalry would love to send you an application if you are interested....ccrtennessee@gmail.com if our address.  June 5, 2026, 11:16 am

Story
Meet Silkie, a sweet lovebug with a heart as big as his glorious fur. Rescued from a hoarding situation, Silkie’s fur was in rough shape when he first arrived but after a much needed shaved down, he has finally reclaimed his glorious coat! He’s gentle, affectionate, and absolutely ready to start his new life in a home that gives him the love and space he’s always deserved. Despite a heart murmur and some early kidney impairment, this boy doesn’t let anything slow him down—he’s all about love, cuddles, and soaking up attention like a sponge. Silkie is a world-class snuggler who would thrive in a home with another cat friend and adores kids of all ages. If you're looking for a devoted, silky-soft (soon!) companion to fill your days with purrs and affection, Silkie’s your guy—come meet him and let the love begin. Story
Pepe Le Pew may share a name with a famous cartoon troublemaker, but this Pepe’s biggest crime is stealing the comfiest spot on the couch. After being abandoned when his owners moved out of their apartment, Pepe is understandably feeling nervous and unsure in the shelter environment. Underneath that worried expression, though, is a truly sweet boy who’s dreaming of a calm, cozy forever home where he can finally relax again. Pepe would love nothing more than long afternoon naps on the couch, sunny window spots for bird watching, and a patient family who will give him the time and love he needs to feel safe. With a little kindness and a soft place to land, this gentle boy is sure to blossom into a wonderful companion. If adoption isn’t in the cards right now, you can still make a difference by clicking the donate button below Pepe Le Pew’s profile. It would be pawsitively amazing!
