Luckily a kind neighbor contacted us. Oreo is now enjoying thevwarmth of an indoor home and has now been fully vetted. She is affectionate and sweet. A little shy at first, likes being petted on a lap, but prefers not to be picked up. Loves to sit on a lap, and is chatty. Oreo has a curly, fluffy black and white tail, and a very silky coat and comes with free vet care to a foster through our "Foster to Adopt" program, within 50miles of our clinic. Contact us for a visit with Oreo today! Our adoption donation is $100 for adult cats. All of our cats are fully vetted and vaccinated before the adoption and we cover vet care for the first year.

This handsome boy is a lovable, active little purr box.  Playing with crinkle balls and chasing his kitten siblings are amongst “Cal’s” favorite activities.  He also enjoys human attention and insists on a home where he will be snuggled & receive lots of pets and love.  We believe his beautiful soft coat will be on the longer side, so it will require a fair amount of brushing to keep him handsome and tangle free.   An adopter with experience with long-haired cats is strongly preferred and an adopter with a documented history of previous annual feline veterinary care is required.   Cal would do best adopted with his sibling.  Cal is a benefactor kitty  Adoption fee $225  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.March 31, 2025, 10:17 am

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Friendly, outgoing, full of mischief and snuggles-Edmonton will give you hours of laughter and love.  He is extremely loving.  You need to watch your step because he will wind around your feet begging for pets.  He has a longer coat so he will need an owner who enjoys brushing--we want to keep him handsome and free from knots! Ed has tested Felv/FIV/HW neg, is UTD on vaccines, has been dewormed, microchipped and neutered.  He would do best adopted with his sibling or another foster budyy! Experience with long-haired breeds is strongly preferred. Story
Ebony is an extraordinary little cat with an amazing story: this gorgeous girl was born into a feral litter that was raised and educated about Philly streets by two adult ferals, one of which was definitely their mother. Taught to find feeders but avoid humans, this litter of kittens came by regularly for food, building a relationship that required distance, but a certain level of trust.  Then, one day, Ebony was hungrier than she was cautious, she scampered between her foster’s legs for a quick bite of food—and received her first ever (very lucky) head scritch.   That head scritch changed everything for this magnificent little soot sprite, and she realized immediately that she wanted the Scritch Life. This girl has gone from feral street warrior to cuddly love bug in almost no time—you’d hardly know she’d once been a wee feral beastie, owning the streets of West Philly.  She’d do very well with another young or active kitty (or multiple cats, she’s very well socialized to other friendly cats) in the home, and has become quite friendly with her foster’s pit bull (they exchange nose boops and sometimes she gives head butts).  Important note: she’s still learning that humans are safe, and sources of love and kindness. PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION: Edgar is an adult Maine Coon. He is a big, cuddly boy. Edgar needs a diet of good quality wet food, not dry. He has problems with constipation. He has tested positive for FIV, but is in good health. Recent dental. He will be stressed by other male cats and will be aggressive, but is fine if those other cats are calm. He gets along with females okay. He does not like dogs. He is very affectionate and sweet toward people. He is stressed around small children. Edgar needs in an adopter who has a good relationship with their vet. Edgar is trained to allow claw clipping and likes carriers. He will need frequent claw trims. He is very good with medical care, including oral medication and fluids. He is a large cat, and Maine Coons are smart and need a lot of enrichment in their environment in order to not become destructive out of boredom. The right adopter will understand that a large long haired Maine Coon will need certain additions in their environment and diet. We are not sure exactly how old Edgar is, but we suspect over eight years.
