Ben is a special needs kitty but don't let that worry you. He was born with CH aka cerebellar hypoplasia. This means that when he walks his hind legs and hips wobble. He also shakes his head a bit when eating but it doesn't bother him because it's all he has ever known. He is very sweet but nervous when first meeting someone. He would do best in a calm household and very understanding pets. Some animals can be startled by how he moves so a lovey-dovey fur friend would be great. If you are looking for the most cat-like of all cats, meet Humphrey!  He is independent,curious, playful, clever, and you will need some divine intervention to get him to do anything he doesn’t want to do. He is also just gorgeous. His long hair is silky-smooth and his striking white markings are perfectly symmetrical. Humphrey is affectionate and absolutely loves being petted, especially on the head and neck. He likes to get on your lap for a while, but he has a very active mind and always finds lots of things to investigate. He loves to go back and forth between petting and snooping.  Humphrey enjoys playing, especially with wand toys. You’ll get a kick out of his agility and fancy moves. He also likes to stretch out with you on the bed. He’s excellent company all around. He is tons of fun, but Humphrey needs an experienced cat owner because he is basically cat Batman. He is very wary of certain things, like carriers, that he’s had bad experiences with in his difficult life as a rescue cat. Trust me, if you walk into the room with the intention of putting him into a carrier, he will know immediately and will elude you the way Bruce Wayne eludes the police. So, he may need at-home vet visits. Humphrey is friendly with other cats after getting to know them. He is good with older children and becomes devoted to his people. Humphrey should not live with dogs or young children, as he may get frightened. Also, Humphrey likes to move around on his own and does not want to be picked up, but he is excited to hop into your lap for plenty of cuddle time. We, his foster family, really adore Humphrey and can genuinely say that he is an exceptional, one-of-a-kind cat with a loving, spunky disposition. He will be an entertaining and adorable member of your family. Eddie is a sweet, still gangly all black kitten who absolutely loves to snuggle. When it comes to other animals, he’s not afraid of older cats or dogs. Eddie also loves to play with children! This little guy is loaded with personality. We think he’s quite the character.  We think Eddie had virus when he was a baby, which caused the shadow on one eye. He can see just fine - you should see him rip around the house! Calling all Frozen fans! Elsa and Anna are long haired black kittens, approximately 10 weeks old (as of mid-September). These sweet, beautiful girls were trapped at an apartment complex where they hid under a dumpster. Luckily, the building manager called Forgotten Cats for help. These two ladies were trapped and have been in foster care ever since.  Elsa loves to be held and snuggle while Anna is a little more independent but very sweet. They look identical but have slightly different personalities. Elsa and Anna are very playful and curious! They are fearful of dogs but would be ok with children with a proper introduction.  Anna and Elsa are now playing in our Jenkintown Adoption Center.
