Story
Main and his pal, Whiskers, want a hands-off home where they can be themselves without the pressure to interact. This bonded pair were adopted once before and returned because they were not social enough, but we think they just need someone who understands them! Whiskers is more outgoing than Main and she will lounge around near humans, but does not like to be handled. Both Whiskers and Main are very food motivated, making it easy to get near them for socialization opportunities. Cat-friendly. BARN CAT POTENTIAL! ***Application: www.treetopskittycafe.com/adoptions PetFinder and Adopt-a-Pet inquiries are not answered - please apply or email us at treetopskittycafe@gmail.com***

Story
What a head-turner!!!  Social and Cat-Friendly!!  Toby, the friendly floofball with a penchant for playtime, is a soft and fluffy feline who loves hanging out with his kitty friends. He enjoys chasing toys, pouncing with glee, and zipping around to show off his playful side. Toby is a joy to be around and will keep you entertained with his antics and adorable floofy tail. One of our volunteers commented, 'When I visited his room, Toby quietly stayed near me as I was petting other cats. He was patiently hoping for his turn. Toby was so happy when I turned my attention to him. What a sweet boy!' Toby likes other cats.   He likes to hang out and play with with his new pal Knight (FCID# 04/10/2024 - 71). Toby is about a year old and is very excited to meet you. Please submit our no-obligation Adoption Application:  https://forgottencats.org/adoption-application/.  Not ready to adopt?  Please consider fostering:  https://forgottencats.org/foster-a-cat/.   Thank you!  (Foster:  Trainer)July 26, 2024, 5:29 pm

Story
Koa is a beautiful gray & white male cat with silky medium length hair. We are guessing his age to be between 3-4 years old. Koa has the sweetest personality and quickly becomes overly attached to his people. He absolutely loves attention and being brushed. He will give you little love bites to show his appreciation. By no means are his love bites aggressive. Koa does know his name! Koa will make chirping sounds when he sees you but don’t touch his paws. He doesn’t seem to like the very much. One thing I must mention about Koa is that he is FIV positive but that doesn’t stop him from playing with the house cats that are not. Koa loves, loves, loves to play with string and if it has feathers at the end of the string he really gets into it. Koa is the nosey neighbor. He loves spying out the window at the birds and the neighbors or around corners in the house to see what is happening around him. Koa does not like to be left out of things and will lead you around the house like he knows where you are trying to walk to.  Koa currently lives with other cats and a house dog. He DOES NOT like the house dog at all! Koa does enjoy the company of other cats. Koa is good with: Children: Yes, older children recommended. Cats: Koa is good with other cats Dogs: Koa would strongly appreciate a home without a dog as he does not like the current house dog he lives with now. Koa is FIV+, but that is no big deal! We have found that FIV+ cats tend to be extra lovey-dovey and can live long, healthy lives.  FIV+ cats can also live and play with non-FIV+ cats.   Koa is playing with his foster family. Submit a no-obligation application for a meet and greet or to adopt: https://forgottencats.org/adoption-application/.  (Foster: Sonia G.) July 26, 2024, 5:29 pm
