Story
(Applications are CLOSED) Corn Kernel (aka Corn Dog, The Colonel) is a very cuddly long-haired gray boy. He is timid at first, but when he warms up to you he loves belly rubs and ear scratches. He loves to play with his brother and sister, and has also connected with older cats he has met. When Corn wants your attention he gets it by rubbing up against you, batting at your hands, or giving licking kisses. He has soft gray hair, a pink nose, and gray toe beans.Corn has a lot of playful energy, so he would be most happy being adopted into a home with other cats or being adopted with one or both of his siblings.

Story
Buck is an extremely social little Floof. He was abandoned and came into our care with a severe hernia often we see l injuries like this after a cat is kicked. But he never wavered in his devotion to humans! His finders found him hiding in their grill and whiskered him into rescue! He is a lap cat for sure and suspected to be under a year old. He has fully recovered from his hernia surgery with out a hitch and he seems to be getting fluffier & biger by the day!I would love to be adopted with my buddy Huckleberry (the tux)!

Story
At just 7 months old, this sweet boy had already been through far more than he should have. After lots of patience and persistence, his trapper was finally able to convince his feeder to let a rescue step in and help him get safe and off the streets.Despite his rough start, he is an incredibly docile and loving kitten. He absolutely adores other cats after initial introductions and would thrive in a multi-cat household. He can be a little shy at first with new people or environments, but once he settles in, he’s the type of kitty who will curl up in bed with you at night and spend his days happily playing and hanging out nearby. He has a very sweet nature that shines through once he feels secure with his new family!Unfortunately, life outdoors has already taken a toll on his health. He has developed dental disease and gingivitis at a very young age and will eventually need a dental cleaning. He has also tested positive for FIV, but cats with FIV can still live long, happy, healthy lives and safely coexist with FIV negative cats in the home.We would love to find either a foster or forever home where he can finally relax, heal, and just be a kitten. As with any new cat, we recommend starting him off in a small, quiet space like a bathroom or spare room while he adjusts to his new surroundings and people. He’s ready for a fresh start and deserves so much better than the life he’s known so far.

Story
Layla is an independent, playful, and slightly spicy girl with a very sweet side. Since joining her foster family, her personality has really blossomed. She loves her humans and seeks them out when they come home, happily settling nearby for long cat naps and affection. She enjoys being part of the action, but she also appreciates having her boundaries respected. Layla is playful and curious, especially when there are string toys or catnip toys involved. She also loves sharpening her claws on scratching posts and lounging near her favorite people—including older kids and teens. Thanks to her foster family, Layla has learned to get along with other cats and even tolerate a rambunctious teenage dog. She does best with confident pets who understand and respect her boundaries. She can hold her own with strong, confident cats, but tends to push around more timid or meek cats, so she would be happiest as the only kitty or paired with a cat who won't be intimidated by her sass. Layla is not a good match for small children, but she loves teens who can understand her cues and give her space when she needs it. A mature, respectful dog may also be a good match for her. If you're looking for a cat who is affectionate without being clingy, playful without being nonstop, and equal parts sass and sweetness, Layla may be your girl! Layla is around one year old. She is spayed, FeLV/FIV negative, current on vaccinations, treated for fleas and worms, microchipped, and litter-box trained. Adoption fee: $100 (plus tax)
