Story
Penelope is a 12 year old, long-haired calico. She was adopted as a kitten from a neighbor. She loves to cuddle and hang out with you. She loves adults and children, if you pet her, she’s in love. She does enjoy playing, her favorite toys are hair ties and little sparkly felt balls. She currently lives in a multi-pet household and decided not too long ago that she does not like the other cats, they stress her out and she was severely over-grooming. Penelope now lives in the master bedroom; she refuses to leave because of the other cats. She does not mind dogs if they are laid back and she has high space to get off the floor when she wants. Story
It's kitten season at Animal Friends! This is one of the busiest and most fun times at the shelter - for staff, volunteers and you! Most of our kittens have been living in foster homes, learning how to play with others and interacting with people. They have been given all their age-appropriate vaccines, have been microchipped and have been either spayed or neutered. These little bundles of joy are ready and waiting for loving homes! Stop by Animal Friends today and take one - or two - home today! When you adopt two animals from Animal Friends, you get twice the amount of love for one adoption donation! Ask our Adoption Counselors about the benefits of adopting two cats.
