Story
Meet Valentina — a breathtaking long-haired tabby with a heart just as beautiful as her fluffy coat. This stunning girl turns heads wherever she goes with her luxurious fur, striking tabby markings, and magnificent plume of a tail. She’s a larger-than-life lady — quite big for a female — and we suspect she may have a bit of Maine Coon in her heritage, giving her that regal presence and extra fluff to love. But Valentina isn’t just a pretty face — she’s incredibly sweet and deeply affectionate. She adores attention and will happily soak up pets, chin scratches, and gentle brushing sessions. If you’re looking for a cat who will bond closely with her person, follow you from room to room, and curl up beside you after a long day, Valentina is your girl. She has a calm, loving nature and a soft spot for cozy snuggles. With her combination of beauty, size, and tender personality, Valentina is bound to steal your heart. She’s ready to fill her forever home with warmth, companionship, and plenty of purrs.Could this gorgeous girl be the queen of your heart and home? Story
Meet Frankie Frankie is a handsome senior gentleman with a tender heart and the most adorable oversized front paws you’ve ever seen. This special boy is polydactyl, which means he has extra toes — giving him those great big mitten-like paws that make him even more unforgettable.Frankie was once a deeply loved companion, and losing his owner due to their declining health has left him looking for a soft place to land. After a lifetime of companionship, he deserves nothing less than another quiet, loving home to spend his golden years. He’s a sweet, affectionate soul who enjoys gentle pets, cozy naps, and simply being near his person. Frankie isn’t asking for much — just a calm environment, a comfortable spot to rest, and someone who will cherish him the way he’s always cherished his humans. At this stage in his life, he would thrive in a peaceful home where he can feel safe and settled. In return, Frankie will offer steady companionship, warm purrs, and the kind of quiet devotion only a senior cat can give.If you have room in your heart and home for a loving older boy with big paws and an even bigger heart, Frankie is ready to be your loyal companion. Story
Hi, my name is Lucy and my brother, CH - Chris and I are looking for a very special person. You see, our human mom took us off the streets as feral cats when we were really young - as cats go, but probably as feral cats go, really too late to 'flip us', to be regular house cats. She really loves us! But time, of course, is the demon of our fate. You see, she went into assisted living and was unable to take us with her. My brother Chris, he is really my protector - kind of like my emotional support animal (and I am his). He is way more outgoing than I am, so, if you are looking for a 24/7 lap cat, he would be the one, but you see, we are a package deal. He is my voice. Because we are ramping down on 12 years old, SCC got us a senior blood panel and in the scheme of things, we are doing alright. Our foster person tricked me into getting into a carrier - - not cool, but I got a sedated shave of my belly, and my 3 yr rabies shot during that 'adventure' - - - So, let me tell you about me. I am a petite girl (most of what you see in my pictures is fluff) I am under 8 pounds. I am a timid girl My brother is a bit more outgoing and he is my mighty protector. As you can see from our pics, we are very bonded and are often perched together by the window, watching the world go by. We also like to play with catnip mice inside crinkly, kitty tunnels. Our foster has a camera in the room and watches us play. We would be best in a quiet home environment, retirees that live a quiet life, and are home more. If friends or family do come to visit, they might not see us, but you should know that we will be waiting for your company to leave so that we can come out. As you might assume, kids are a bit noisy for us, and even though we had a dog in our lives before, we can do without that. We are current on our vaccines and microchipped and are very good with our litterbox. If you are interested in adopting, please fill out an adoption application.March 7, 2026, 3:28 pm

Story
Hi, my name is Fili - you can stop looking any further - you have just found your perfect cat!! My human mom is moving out of state and can't take me with her. She has asked SCC to help me to find a new family to love me as much as she does. So, about me, I am about 8 years old. I have been around younger kids but sometimes I just get annoyed and wander off. I do ok with older kids - especially because I know they can brush me (and I like that!) I am a playful guy, I like laser toys, but I haven't ever caught that red dot. My human mom says that I don't have dog experience, but given my personality, I could probably adjust with an older, nice dog. Of course, slow introductions are always best! I live a leisurely life, and sleep in a few prime locations around the house - it's tough work being a cat. I have had some time outside when the weather is nice. I like laying in the sun. I could adjust to being an indoor only guy - but having a perch by the window would be nice to watch the birds and squirrels. I am current on my vaccines and will be microchipped as a part of the adoption process. If you are interested in adopting, please fill out an adoption application.March 10, 2026, 11:59 am
