Meet the beautiful May Flower! May is an absolutely gorgeous (and rare!) long-haired dilute calico. May has loved human affection from the moment she was brought in from the streets. She LOVES to be pet, and happily reciprocates with lots and lots of purrs to show her appreciation. She also loves belly rubs and making air biscuits! She is getting more and more comfortable around people each day, and we suspect this girl could turn out to be quite the lap kitty! May and her four babies were rescued when the babies were just about a month old. They were strays that had found their way onto someone's back porch for some protection from the elements and from predators. May enjoys the quiet and calm lifestyle now that she doesn't have to sleep with one eye open as a Texas stray. She would love a low-key household with any other cats or dogs being mellow and just as chill as she is! May is very easy going and with a cat tree or perch in a big window she would be happy to spend countless hours watching the birds and squirrels go by! Oh and did we mention she is gorgeous?! You will get to follow along on their journey through a private Facebook Event page, where you will see photos, have the opportunity to connect with other adopters, and receive updates and constant communication along the way. The adoption fee is $375 and includes all vetting: FVRCP vaccines (2 to 3 depending on age and time in the program), FIV vaccines, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, combo tested, extended medical such as dentals, eye surgeries, and orthopedic surgeries prior to adoption when suggested by our partner vets, a microchip with free lifetime registration, a health certificate deeming the kitty healthy for travel, cost of transport*, and many priceless years of love and loyal companionship!
