He's still a shy and sensitive cat who needs time to build confidence with people, but his potential really shines through. He takes a lot of comfort from his sister, Ash, and looks to her for reassurance when he's feeling unsure. With patience, a calm home, and either being adopted with his sister or having another confident cat in the home will help him continue to grow, gain trust, and blossom into a wonderful companion. When we took care of my mom, her cat Sugar came along with her about 1.5 years ago. Since then, my mom has moved back home, but was unable to care for Sugar, so we have been taking care of her for over a year. While she has coexisted with our other cat, she very much needs to be the only pet in the home. She is otherwise very sweet and needs a home where she can get more play and affection!

Pumpkin is an amazing cat. He is so sweet and loving. Love cuddling. He is around 2 years old. We have a 16 month old toddler and she is too rough with Pumpkin and will not leave him alone despite all of our efforts. His life has become very restricted compared to what he was used to before the baby. We just want him to enjoy his life again. He has done well with younger kids in the past but they were just not as loud and excited as our baby is with him. He has never lived outside and probably should be an indoor cat only. No medical or behavioral issues.
