My adoption fee is $150 Here's what you need to know about me:I can be shy in new spaces. I need a family who will let me take things at my own pace as I learn about new things. Once I come out of my shell, I have lots of love to give.I have some handling sensitivity. That means I get very nervous about being picked up. My human friends at the shelter can tell you more!If there are kids in my new home, I need to meet them before going home, and prefer them to be older than 6. Story
Yeti (m) and Yoda (f), bonded brother-sister pair, were semi feral before coming here. They are now timid with strangers but once they get used to you, they are now super easy going, playful, and outgoing! Yeti loves attacking hands (we're working on that) and Yoda chips and drops to the floor in front of me, rolling on her back for attention. Both are long-hair and will likely need daily brushing. These kitties would do best in a home without kids. Story
Hello, My name is Cornelius. I am a special boy looking for some special people to help me live my best life. I came to OFOSA injured and incontinent from that injury. I have a limp but I am mobile and love to climb but do need to wear diapers. You can see me in some of my cute diapers in my pictures. I only have a stub left of my tail that might make me look even cuter, but I don't care, I can't feel it anyway. I love people and love playing. I don't like when people are trying to do something to me while I am trying to play and get pet, such as put on my diaper, bathe me, or trim my nails. But, I am doing great with getting distracted with a treat while getting my diaper put on. I am a very busy young man so as long as you give me enough playtime I will also sit next to you for a petting session. If you pet my head I will be your best friend. And I am a bit of a goofball so will make you laugh often. Do you like big cats? Perfect, I am about 13 pounds.Do you like to laugh? I can certainly make that happen. I am a goofball.Do you like cats with lots of fur? Great, I have very fluffy paws and a cute poof of hair on my tail as well as plenty of other soft, thick fur to pet.Do you hate cleaning litter boxes? Well, I don't need one. You will have to change my diapers though.Do you like to dress up cats? Since I wear diapers, you can get my washable diapers is so many different colors and designs.Cats: Yes, but I kinda bug other cats sometimes, so looking for young playful cats like me to live with.Dogs: Probably notKids: Older or adult onlySpecial: Incontinent. Wears diapers when free roaming. Has a slight limp but very mobile. Needs regular sanitary trims of groin area due to long fur and being incontinent.

The cause of PCP is somewhat unknown and there may be an allergy component that can cause the swelling.

Story
Bella is an indoor-only cat that loves to be the only animal in the house. She has "guard dog" energy and will growl or pounce at any suspicious movements or noises coming from outside. With her humans she is a pussy-cat. This great cat loves to chew on things you leave laying around like small cables and cardboard and she is a foodie so don't leave edibles on the counter!   Bella loves to play with her buzzing mouse toys and laser pointers. She does alright with kids as long as they're not too rough with her but being your one and only will be her Happy Place. She loves to be held and pet, and even enjoys gentle belly rubs. This sweetheart lives in Beaverton and she is Indoor only! Rehoming fee is $150.   This cat is offered for adoption due to the owner's personal circumstances. For more information on meeting and adopting this kitty, please fill out a pre-adoption application under "ADOPT" on our website at WWW.CATSCRADLERESCUE.COM. Your information will be forwarded to the owner for follow-ups and meeting arrangement.  Cat's Cradle is an all-volunteer, non-profit foster-home based rescue serving Oregon cats who need new homes. 100% of your adoption fee goes to provide for the medical and physical needs of the cats in our care. We invite you to become a foster parent and experience the great satisfaction of helping a cat or kitten in need.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.April 11, 2024, 3:45 am

Story
Domino is the James Bond of cats - ruggedly handsome; cool, calm, & collected; bold and brave; and loves to frolic and have his fun. And most of all, everybody loves/wants him: hoomans, dogs and other felines, alike. Domino appreciates the finer things in life, like a soft bed to curl up on and some smooth wet food. Not to mention he looks great in a tux!   Domino was a stray fed between two neighbors in a section of Salem. He lived under a house in the crawlspace for shelter. He wanted so much to be an inside cat. Thankfully, his wish came true finally on February 27 when Cat Saves took him into rescue.   Domino enthusiastically enjoys the company of his foster brothers, he is usually the first one to initiate a game of chase with the cat, or a snuggly nap with one of the dogs. A home with a cat-savvy dog or two would be a dream come true for Domino, as he especially likes dogs, including curling up with them at night on his foster parents' bed.   Domino adjusted extremely quickly to being a housecat, within 48 hours he stopped hiding like former strays often do and follows his foster parents from room to room simply because he really seems to enjoy the company, and because he's very curious about everything going on. He is very soft spoken with quiet meows and purrs, but never fails to come running to greet you when you return home, whether you've been gone for just a few minutes or several hours!   Domino has good house manners, never missing his litter box and only scratching the cat tree, but he's still working on staying off counters. You will need to teach him your rules with a spray bottle of just plain water.   Domino would do well in a house where he has company (people and/or other pets) most of the time as he loves attention and is always in the mood for some pets or to have his long, beautiful hair brushed. If you are looking for a cat that is full of personality and acts like he's part puppy, look no further than handsome Domino!   Domino has been neutered on March 11, 2024, vaccinated with FVRCP (treats/prevents URIs, Distemper, Herpes & Rabies.) Tested for Feline Leukemia and Feline Aids and is negative. He has been estimated by a vet to be 2 years old. Flea treated monthly and dewormed twice and microchipped. We are asking for an adoption fee of $225 or BO. He will come with his medical record and delivered to your home. This cat is offered for adoption due to the owner's personal circumstances. For more information on meeting and adopting this kitty, please fill out a pre-adoption application under 'ADOPT' on our website at WWW.CATSCRADLERESCUE.COM. Story
Hi! My name is Bella and I’m looking for my forever home. I’ve been the bestest kitty ever and my mom would agree. She’s really sad that she can’t keep me forever, but she knows I deserve a loving home where I’ll be played with and adored. She made sure I went to the vet every year for my shots and check ups, that I have a microchip in case I get lost, and that I was spayed so she could adopt me when I was a kitten three years ago. She says I’m a big girl because I’m 15 lbs, but all I hear is that I’m excellent cuddler and warmer. I love playing with kids, grown ups, and even doggies and other kitties. I just like to know that I’ll have my own litter box, scratcher, and space in your heart and home. I’ve always had another kitty roommate and wonder what it’s like to be the only kitty. I don’t need anything fancy, my favorite thing to play chase with is a string. I love to cuddle and will make you all the biscuits!
