Story
Hi Everyone- my name is Nico. I am a stunning medium length coated, black with silver undercoat.. I had a rough start out there at just 3 months of age trying to scavenge for food. Since being saved by this fab rescue, I've slowly grown accustomed to the finer things in life you know, food, warmth n love lol. Allowing me to have a quiet, toy filled room to get used to you and all the new sounds and smells of my furrrrrever home will nurture our connection and help me to bond with you- my new family! Foster mum describes me as exotic, alpha and clever. I'm approximately 18 months of age. I'm an INDOOR ONLY fancy feline but have had experience with a fab catio- and I highly recommend them lol. The home I seek is adult only. I have been in a foster home with a well-behaved dog and other foster kitties and get along with everyone. No chasing allowed-- thank you very much doggos!! Should you have a cat friendly dog I'm sure we'd get along just fine. I've had had my big op and first set of shots. If you'd like to arrange to meet me, please review the practice and policies of adoption at cowichancatrescue.org then submit your application!! Hope to see you soon...~meow~ Nico

Story
Meet Tetley! This gentle soul may be shy at first, but with time, patience, and love, she blossoms into the sweetest companion. Tetley thrives in a quiet home where she can feel safe and build trust at her own pace. Once she warms up, she’s affectionate and loving, making every moment of earned affection extra special. She is also bonded with her equally shy but sweet sister, Lipton, and would love a home that understands their need for patience and gentle care. If you’re looking for a rewarding bond with two cats who truly appreciate a calm and caring environment, Tetley might be the perfect match! Must adopt with Lipton.

Story
This majestic floof is Marlo! Marlo enjoys playing with ribbons, watching National Geographic, and sleeping on the sofa beside you. Though he is timid, he is surprisingly a gracious host who loves to hangout with adult guests! Once he warms up to you, he will become your little shadow! But don’t worry, he is fine home alone as long as you’ve got his favorite channel turned on! He has an active imagination and makes the most adorable derpy faces when concentrating (his little tongue comes out!) This boy is looking for a calm, quiet, child-and pet-free family to love on that will understand and be patient as he adjusts to a new home. Marlo needs safe spaces that he can retreat to when anxious or overwhelmed. That said, with time, you will be rewarded with a chatty, silly, and loving puffball!

Story
Buddy loves a good chin scratch. He also enjoys being brushed. Buddy had a huge life change, losing his owner of many, many years. It has taken him a bit of time to come to terms with this loss, but he's moving forward one day at a time. He sleeps on the bed most nights just within petting distance. Buddy is very treat orientated and takes his meds like a champ as long as they are mixed with yummy food. He is not above staring at you, willing you to reach into the coveted treat container. If that doesn't work, his gravelly meow is sure to follow. And who can resist that?

Story
Meet Kiz, a sweetheart with a gentle soul and the softest little paws. He is a quiet, observant cat who takes his time getting comfortable, but once he trusts you, he becomes a loving and loyal companion. He will quietly follow you around the house, always nearby, and he absolutely melts under gentle pets. Kiz's favorite thing? Making biscuits, sometimes with such enthusiasm that he drools a little. He is bonded with his more confident buddy, Dag, who helps bring out his playful, cuddly side. Together, they make a perfect pair and are looking for a calm, loving home where they can stay side by side. Must adopt with Dag.
