Story
I want to rehome these two as a pair, I got them from a litter, they are both around 12+ months if i rememer both boys. I am unable to care for them and I want to find them a patient and loving home. They are both sweet and cuddly, energetic, playful, and love to take naps with you once you get to know them. They do not scratch and are very sweet when being held. I need to find a home that will provide the best for them and will take care of them to the best abilities even when they are sick or healthy as I would do. I need someone who knows they will be finically stable and is educated on taking care of cats. The fee is just so I know you’re willing to spend money on these babies and your not adopting for testing/selling. They are not to be separated, they are blood related and I want them to stick together Thank you!

Story
Lucas and Gabriela were found abandoned, dirty and malnourished when they were about five weeks old. Found by their foster mother, who brought them back to health and has raised them both as siblings with an abundance of love care. They do well with other cats, but have expressed fear with dogs when exposed. It’s possible they could warm up to them over time if the dogs were calm and non-threatening, but full disclosure they were fearful the first time they met any. They would well with a quieter calm home and with older gentle children who are respectful of animals. Lucas is very out going and loves to make his presence known. He loves to play and loves making new friends. Once you pick him up he begins to show you his appreciation with his outgoing purr. Gabriela is more reserved at first, but once she is given the confidence of love she begins to reveal her loving personality. She is playful and loving. just like her brother Lucas. Both Lucas and Gabriela have built a strong bond with one another that is unbreakable and are always together. They bring out the best in each other and are looking for a loving home together as they are a bonded pair. If you think Gabriela and Lucas would be a good fit for your family, and you can provide them with a safe, indoor only life, please submit an application on our website at www.secondchancekitty.org today! All Second Chance Kitty cats are free-fed a quality dry food with low or no grain and are STRICTLY INDOOR ONLY. Studies have proven cats live longer, healthier lives and on average require less financial burdens at veterinary offices when they are kept indoor only. There are so many predators out there, both human and animal and it is sadly unsafe to let them roam unattended. All of our babes come altered, microchipped, vaccinated, rabies (if age appropriate), FeLV/FIV negative unless stated otherwise , dewormed, flea treated, litter box trained and full of love. Our adoption fees are a minimum $150 donation. Anything beyond $150 helps rescue another babe. Adoption isn't an impulsive decision, it must be thought out carefully. Owning a cat is a 15 to 20+ year commitment. Can we afford a cat? If we're renting do they allow pets here? Is there a pet deposit? Can we afford the pet deposit? What if we get sick, what if the kitty becomes ill and has to see a veterinarian? Kitty requires routine check-ups, annual vaccines, quality food, litter and toys, can we afford this? These are all questions a responsible pet owner must ask themselves. If you can make this type of commitment please take a moment and visit our website at www.secondchancekitty.org to submit an application. Second Chance Kitty is a local non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to assisting cats, kittens and an occasional dog, escape a life of abandonment, abuse and neglect.

Story
Trey is a 2 year old and 10 pound cat who is looking for his forever home. This affectionate tripod would love nothing more than being your favorite lap warmer. He's such a sweet gentleman who so sweetly asks for attention. You just might fall in love with this loverboy!Something special about Trey: He is FIV positive. FIV positive kitties can live normal happy lives provided they are indoor only, receive regular vet checkups and proper introductions to any potential feline friends. The adoption fee has been fully sponsored by The Joe Willie InitiativesI don't have a history of living with other cats but may do well with a slow introduction.I don't have a history with dogs, but may do well with them with a slow introduction.I don't have a history with children but may do well with a slow introduction! If you are interested in this specific animal, please come to the shelter for walk-in adoptions Tuesday through Saturday from 10:30am to 5:30pm. We recommend coming in as early as possible, as adoptions are first-come, first-served
