She has soft medium-length fur and a tail that truly takes your breath away… full, dramatic, and proudly carried like royalty.   She has been an exceptional mama cat. Callie kept her kittens close, cared for them with devotion, and patiently taught them all the important “how to be a cat” lessons. Watching her nurture and guide them has been something special.   Now it’s Callie’s turn to be pampered.   She is an absolute lovebug. Every morning, after breakfast, she makes it her routine to come find her person, curl up beside them for pets, and then — in classic Callie fashion — flop right over for her favorite belly rubs. It’s our director’s favorite Eeveelution, Jolteon, aka JoJo, and he’s ready to meet you! This shockingly handsome boy has swirly stripes and is the KING of headbutts. He simply can’t get enough of ear and face rubs from his foster mom. He’s a goofy boy who has been known to fall asleep on the edge of shelves and rolling off. He would love a home with another cat, but isn’t sure how he feels about dogs. This foster home belongs to our Director and works with the cats who are considered unadoptable when they arrive. This home specializes in cats who have been abused, neglected, abandoned, and who have severe medical concerns upon arrival. They are also our spicy kitten socialization guru and their superheroes are always learning new skills. This home has 2 large, low energy dogs, multiple foster cats, and frequent visitors.
