Meet Venango, a beautiful black-and-white girl named after Venango County, PA. She’s a quiet soul who likes to take her time warming up to new people. Venango prefers to watch the world around her from a safe perch, waiting until she feels comfortable. Once you’ve earned her trust, she enjoys gentle pets and sweet attention—always on her terms. Story
Hi, I'm Skippy! My superhero tale began with a curious adventure. One day, exploring an alley, I found a jar of peanut butter. Intrigued, I poked my head inside and, oh no, it got stuck! As I wandered, trying to free myself, a kind-hearted human spotted me. They gently removed the jar and, seeing I was a stray, brought me to this shelter. Here, I've shown my bravery and independence, but I'm still a bit shy. If you're looking for a courageous companion who loves a quiet corner and maybe a little peanut butter, I'm your cat! Story
Meet Pilot – the sweetest co-pilot you’ll ever have! ✨ Pilot is a 1-year-old, medium-haired buff boy with the softest coat and an even softer heart. This gentle guy LOVES to curl up right in your lap, settling in like he’s been yours forever. He’s a professional snuggler, a warm companion, and the kind of cat who makes a house instantly feel like home. But don’t let his mellow nature fool you—Pilot has a playful streak, especially when it comes to springs! Give him one and he’s off on a mission, bouncing around with kitten-like joy. Pilot came to us with several cuts on his head, but with time, care, and lots of love, he’s healing beautifully. Now he’s ready to leave those tough days behind and step into the forever home he truly deserves. If you’re looking for a loving lap cat who also knows how to have fun, Pilot might just be your perfect match. 💛🐾 To adopt me please fill out the online application at: https://cocoakitties.org/adoption-application Cocoa Kitties rescues cats off the streets of Hershey and surrounding towns. Story
Elowen is a truly stunning dilute calico with a soft, medium-length coat that’s as beautiful as it is silky. Petite and delicate, she’s just under a year old and has a gentle presence about her. Elowen came from a home with too many cats and kittens, and with a child who was not treating them kindly. The animals were surrendered so they could be placed in safer environments. She is now looking for a stable, calm home, where she can settle in and feel secure. Elowen is simply a doll once she warms up. It took her about a month in her foster home to start to show her true self and she is more amazing every day. She is gentle and affectionate. She likes to be close, she rubs up against you and will curl up next to you to show her affection. She loves her cheeks rubbed softly and will even roll over for gentle body and belly rubs. Elowen adores her feline family and would love to be adopted with Briar or Mokey. She is up to date on vaccines, microchipped, has tested negative for FIV/FeLV and is being spayed on February 5th. Questions about Elowen? Story
Briar is a gorgeous dilute calico with super soft medium-length fur and the kind of presence that makes a house feel like home. Around 1 year old, she’s affectionate, loyal, and deeply devoted to her person. Truly a “wherever you are, that’s where I want to be” kind of girl. She loves being close, rubbing against you, curling up next to you, being in your lap or on your chest.  She will happily join in every movie night or binge-watching marathon. Briar isn’t just a cat; she’s your built-in best friend. She’s friendly, outgoing, and an absolute gem of a companion. This one is especially hard for her foster mom to let go, but Briar deserves a home where someone has the time to give her their full attention. She’ll do best with a human companion who appreciates lots of together time.  She will do best in a quiet home with adults, no kids.  She needs another cat in her life as she adores feline companion.   She would LOVE to be adopted with Elowen, Rowan, Gobo or Mokey or even one of the younger kittens in her foster home.   Important notes for Briar’s perfect match: *Prefers a quiet home *Needs a feline companion *Would love to be adopted with Elowen, Rowan, Gobo, or Mokey *Best for a home with lots of time to devote to her Briar will be spayed February 5th.  She’s up to date on vaccines, microchipped and has tested negative for FIV/FeLV.   Questions about Briar contact Lindsey at lovingcarecatrescue@gmail.com To apply: https://lovingcarecatrescue.org/adopt/adoption-application/If you are interested in adopting this kitty, please fill out the online application at https://alovingcarecatrescue.org/adoptionapplication.html February 1, 2026, 1:42 pm
