Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Smokey is a DMH Lilac Siamese Snowshoe who will be turning 6 in June 2025. Smokey is a very chill, almost dapper boy who loves affection and cuddles. He will happily share your bed at night, curled up against your legs. Don't worry about this purr machine; he loves spending his time with his human.  This handsome man is a very curious kitty, wanting to know what is behind every closed door. He will vocalize his demands of you, talking about all he's seen and heard, especially from his perch on the windowsill watching the birds interacting outside.  Smokey does well with other cats after a bit of an introduction, but would also do well as an only child, basking in all your love and attention.  If you think Smokey would be a great fit for your heart and home, please reach out to Laura at 540-272.3506.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.All available animals are spayed or neutered, microchipped, current on vaccinations, and treated for fleas, worms, and ear mites. All cats/kittens are tested for feline leukemia and feline AIDS. Some cats have been vaccinated for rabies. Adoption fees are cash or check only. May 3, 2025, 12:18 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Oscar is a smart, friendly and sassy guy. Up until a couple of years ago he was living outside on his own and is now enjoying the comforts of also going indoors and having fosters and cat friends who love him. Oscar's exact age is unknown, but estimated to be 8-10 years old. He currently shares a space with two other cats (male and female) and gets along well with both and loves to play and snuggle with Rudy (also available to adopt!). He LOVES to play with toys and also garden with his foster Mom and hang out with her while she's working on art.    Oscar's ideal home would be one with cat savvy adopters that are used to "cat-itude". He is very friendly and loves to be around his people and to be pet but he can get sassy and a bit feisty on occasion when he's not getting his way. Having been a cat that was outside for multiple years, Oscar does enjoy the ability to go outside for short periods of time. He would be very happy having the ability to go and lounge in a very safe and secure cat-proof yard or a catio. Oscar does well with other cats with proper slow introductions, but cannot be in a home with dogs or young children (the cattitude!). He is now litterbox trained since coming into care, but can be particular about placements of litterboxes and also sharing. With multiple litterbox options he is good to go. Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.All available animals are spayed or neutered, microchipped, current on vaccinations, and treated for fleas, worms, and ear mites. All cats/kittens are tested for feline leukemia and feline AIDS. Some cats have been vaccinated for rabies. Adoption fees are cash or check only. November 21, 2024, 1:32 pm

Story
Hi, I'm Misty - a sweet, 15-year-old, declawed cuddlebug who purrs like an engine when I'm happy. I was rehomed 10 months ago by my current mommy from her elderly dad who loved me but could no longer care for me properly. My current humans love me too, but their younger cats bully me when no one's watching. Despite their best efforts, I've been hurt multiple times and feel safest in a one-cat home. I'm a gentle senior with arthritis, heart, and kidney issues, so I eat only wet food and move a bit slowly. Every once in awhile, I have a dry hacking spell but nothing comes of it. I love clean litter boxes and use them consistently. If I miss, which is seldomly, the potty pad my humans put in front of the boxes, catches my boo-boo. All I want is a peaceful home where I can be your loving little princess.

Story
Meet Mochi Blossom This beautiful long-haired tabby is as sweet as her name. Mochi Blossom is a gentle, affectionate girl who’s looking for a calm, cozy home where she can truly blossom. Currently living with adults, she’d do well in another adult household—whether that’s with other feline friends or as your one-and-only. Mochi loves the simple pleasures in life: playing with feather toys, kneading soft blankets (aka making biscuits), and curling up in her favorite lounging spot. She’s a cuddler at heart and enjoys being near her people, especially when it’s time to wind down. Her guilty pleasure? A little nibble of pizza—she can’t resist! If you’re looking for a loving, mellow companion with a touch of playful spirit and a heart full of sweetness, Mochi Blossom might just be your perfect match. Why adopt from Three Little Pitties? The stray and animal overpopulation in the Greater Houston area is the highest in the nation. Statistics show that there are over 1 million homeless animals in this region alone. Three Little Pitties Rescue is a nonprofit dog and cat rescue that partners with the community to make a difference. Our mission is to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and saving all breeds of dogs and cats from the streets or animal shelters that oftentimes have no other option but to euthanize animals for space. This kitty you’ve found online is lucky to be in our program, and even luckier to have you notice it! Three Little Pitties Rescue (3LP) wants to set you and your new family member up for success! In addition to a fully vetted furbaby you also receive other additional perks such as a code for a free bag of cat litter AND a code for 50% off a 2nd bag of litter from Catalyst Pet, coupons for a fun visit to Petco, and support through our Facebook Adopters group where you can connect with thousands of other adopters, 3LP volunteers, fosters and staff. We seek to adopt to families who understand that these are rescues and will require continued efforts but are well on their way to being the best kitties that they can be! We ask that you give them time (can take weeks to months) to decompress in their new home, do slow introductions to other pets and let their true personalities have a chance to come through. We celebrated our 6 year anniversary this year! Through the combined efforts of all of our hardworking staff and volunteers, we have placed over 14,000 very lucky dogs and cats into amazing homes! By adopting from us, you save TWO lives! The pet you adopt, and you create an opportunity for another animal to be saved in that spot. Together, we can be heroes.
