Story
Meet Mojito Cocktail! Mojito is a regal medium haired black panther with big golden eyes! Her foster mom affectionately calls her Momo! She is truly majestic looking! She’s an independent little girl who’s happy to do her own thing and prefers the company of other cats. Momo loves lounging in cozy spots and observing the world around her with those big, thoughtful eyes. She’s not one for loud or sudden movements, but with patience and a calm, quiet environment, she’ll show her true sweet personality! She is a total purr machine once comfortable and will eagerly seek out her human for pets! Momo is also very smart and a quick learner. She is extremely food motivated! She would sell her right arm for a Churu treat haha! This shy beauty would be an ideal fit for a calm, cat-savvy home with other cats, where she can settle in at her own pace and form bonds at her own speed. Momo prefers the company of a other kitties so if you’re looking to grow your pack, she is eager to join! Momo is in an amazing foster home that is teaching her that humans can be kind! She is currently fostered with her brother (Cosmo) as well as several resident cats and dogs. She currently lives in a quieter adult home and does really well! We think she would excel in a similar type home environment where she can give all her love to one or two people! If you're experienced with shy kitties and have the time and love to offer Momo, she’ll repay you with a deep, quiet bond that will last a lifetime! Don’t miss out on this stunning little girl! Story
Meet Sebastian! Sebastian, affectionately known as “Lover Boy” by his foster, is a super affectionate kitty who will quickly fill any room with his sweet purrs. He loves to rub up against you for attention and enjoys nothing more than being close to his humans. Sebastian is also a playful guy, and feather toys are his absolute favorite! He currently lives with other cats and would do great in a feline-friendly home, but he’s just as content being your one and only furry companion. While he’s good with kids and would thrive in a family setting, Sebastian prefers a dog-free home where he can truly shine. If you’re looking for a loving, playful, and endlessly affectionate companion, Sebastian is ready to bring his big heart into your home! Why adopt from Three Little Pitties? The stray and animal overpopulation in the Greater Houston area is the highest in the nation. Statistics show that there are over 1 million homeless animals in this region alone. Three Little Pitties Rescue is a nonprofit dog and cat rescue that partners with the community to make a difference. Our mission is to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and saving all breeds of dogs and cats from the streets or animal shelters that oftentimes have no other option but to euthanize animals for space. This kitty you’ve found online is lucky to be in our program, and even luckier to have you notice it! Three Little Pitties Rescue (3LP) wants to set you and your new family member up for success! In addition to a fully vetted furbaby you also receive other additional perks such as a code for a free bag of cat litter AND a code for 50% off a 2nd bag of litter from Catalyst Pet, coupons for a fun visit to Petco, and support through our Facebook Adopters group where you can connect with thousands of other adopters, 3LP volunteers, fosters and staff. We seek to adopt to families who understand that these are rescues and will require continued efforts but are well on their way to being the best kitties that they can be! We ask that you give them time (can take weeks to months) to decompress in their new home, do slow introductions to other pets and let their true personalities have a chance to come through. We celebrated our 6 year anniversary this year! Through the combined efforts of all of our hardworking staff and volunteers, we have placed over 14,000 very lucky dogs and cats into amazing homes! By adopting from us, you save TWO lives! The pet you adopt, and you create an opportunity for another animal to be saved in that spot. Together, we can be heroes. Story
3 month old Raspberry Cream is a stunning medium hair tortie. She has the most striking marking I've ever seen on any cat! This smoke show would win beauty pageants. She's calm and outgoing but needs her sister Apple Fritter as her constant companion. Their antics will keep you amused all day and night.  All of our cats come spayed or neutered, microchipped, and with their initial age-appropriate vaccinations. Kittens have an adoption fee of $200 each or $300 for a bonded pair. Kittens must be adopted in pairs unless there is another young, energetic cat in the home. If you would like to apply to be a forever home for this cat, please fill out a statement of interest at www.alternativehumanesociety.com. Unless otherwise indicated, all our cats and kittens are best suited for indoor-only life. ##2190848##

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Oscar is a smart, friendly and sassy guy. Up until a couple of years ago he was living outside on his own and is now enjoying the comforts of also going indoors and having fosters and cat friends who love him. Oscar's exact age is unknown, but estimated to be 8-10 years old. He currently shares a space with two other cats (male and female) and gets along well with both and loves to play and snuggle with Rudy (also available to adopt!). He LOVES to play with toys and also garden with his foster Mom and hang out with her while she's working on art.    Oscar's ideal home would be one with cat savvy adopters that are used to "cat-itude". He is very friendly and loves to be around his people and to be pet but he can get sassy and a bit feisty on occasion when he's not getting his way. Having been a cat that was outside for multiple years, Oscar does enjoy the ability to go outside for short periods of time. He would be very happy having the ability to go and lounge in a very safe and secure cat-proof yard or a catio. Oscar does well with other cats with proper slow introductions, but cannot be in a home with dogs or young children (the cattitude!). He is now litterbox trained since coming into care, but can be particular about placements of litterboxes and also sharing. With multiple litterbox options he is good to go. Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.All available animals are spayed or neutered, microchipped, current on vaccinations, and treated for fleas, worms, and ear mites. All cats/kittens are tested for feline leukemia and feline AIDS. Some cats have been vaccinated for rabies. Adoption fees are cash or check only. November 21, 2024, 1:32 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Nyx is a sweet polydactyl tuxedo girl about 6 mos old.   She and her sister Persephone have extra toes on all their paws that look like mittens - too cute!  The vet clinic double checked that no extra claws were present between their toes, so are not worried about potential issues in the future.   Nyx is incredibly sweet and loves handing out kisses. She’s a bit skittish around new people, but once she chooses her designated person, she'll pop up onto your lap for a cuddle.  She's also big on bedtime snuggles!   Nyx loves her feather toys and laser pointer. She also loves her sister Persephone, and would like to be adopted with her if possible.  Nyx leads their little 'one brain cell' duo. She's an independent girl but loves the comfort of being around her people   If you think Nyx (and perhaps her sister, Persephone) would be a great fit into your heart and home, please contact Laura at 540-272-3506   Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.All available animals are spayed or neutered, microchipped, current on vaccinations, and treated for fleas, worms, and ear mites. All cats/kittens are tested for feline leukemia and feline AIDS. Some cats have been vaccinated for rabies. Adoption fees are cash or check only. November 21, 2024, 1:32 pm
