Story
She's one of the kitties that does little quirky things when she thinks you're not looking, like dropping random objects into our kitten room water bowl. I can tell she is very intelligent by her eye contact and adorable head tilts. However, she is still shy and will need someone patient and willing to wait for her to come out of her shell. She was rescued as a feral kitten so she has more of her natural cat instincts than our bottle baby rescues. Like most true feral cats she is super quiet and mostly keeps to herself or snuggles with her sister. One of her favorite actives is to sit on the top of the cat tower and study the world around her. She is up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, and spayed. Feel free to ask any questions or schedule a visit to come and meet her!

Story
Skye is still very mysterious. She was rescued as a feral kitten so she has many of her natural cat instincts and isn't as social as my bottle babies. However, when I ask her if she's hungry she perks up and heads on over to her food bowl. Like most true feral cats she is super quiet and mostly keeps to herself or snuggles with her sister. One of her favorite actives is to sit on the top of the cat tower and study the world around her. I am still working with her to get her to open up. It seems like once you earn her trust you can become family to her. If you would like to learn more or are interested in fostering and helping socializing her or her sister. Please feel free to reach out. She is up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, and spayed.

Story
Betsy Ross, is a loyal and brave companion who will always have your back in any adventure! She is very clever and loves to figure out puzzles and challenges. She is a such snuggle bug and prefers to sleep in bed next to her person under neath the covers. She will dig and wiggle around until she finds the perfect comfy spot. She's a little bit mischievous and has a hint of sass, but that's because she was raised to be "a confident strong independent woman who don't need no man." Unless you are a man looking to adopt her, in which case she will be your best friend. She is looking for a loving home where she can be part of your family's history. Pros: Good traveler, lap cat, excellent snuggler, doesn't walk on my keyboard, let's me sleep in, doesn't seem to shed. Cons: Farts a little. She is up to date on vaccinations and spayed.

Story
Sammy is a volunteer favorite at our office. He is such a character. He loves to play, and is loving and sweet. One of his favorite things to do is ask for you to turn on his Cat Alone app on your phone so he can play with it. He would love a home with his brother Dean.  Adoptions are limited to an approximately 150-mile radius from Locust Grove, GA, certain circumstances may allow exceptions.  To apply to adopt this pet, please fill out a Preliminary Adoption Application at https://form.jotform.com/232355976148163 This application does not commit you to an adoption. Story
Dean came to us as a semi feral kitty. He is doing good with our volunteers and is super gentle but needs a home that will give him time to adjust and let him be. He will learn to trust over time. He loves his brother Sammy and they would do best in a home together. He likes to play with the other kitties in our office and does well with children that are calm.  When Dean came to us we kept watching him and his breathing concerned us. We thought he had a heart condition. The vet did x-ray's and thought he may have had an enlarged heart but an Echocardiogram confirmed his heart was fine however the x-ray revealed a broken hip. Dean was getting around just fine and was not showing obvious pain other than he had deep breathing. He recently had FHO surgery, basically the equivalent  of a kitty hip replacement. He has recovered well and is now ready for his furever home. Story
Parker is currently (7/26/24) 11 weeks old and he is ready for his furever home! Their mom was a community cat who found a kind human to take her in until she was able to give birth. Once they were ready to leave their mom, they came to our home! He is currently with his 3 other siblings, waiting for someone to open their hearts to them. If you are looking for a snuggly baby boy, look no further! Parker is equal parts playful and snuggles. Ideally, Parker would go to a home with another kitty cat or be adopted with one of his siblings. He would do amazing in a laid back home with so much love to give. Parker is best described as an extroverted introvert :) Please give this little baby a chance to steal your hearts. He will amaze you at his big purrs and his big heart!
