Story
For the application - please visit https://thekittenproject.org/adopt/form-adopter-info?petName=Beans Meet Beans, the goofy little black kitten with a heart full of love and a personality that keeps everyone laughing! Raised as a bottle baby, Beans grew up extra spoiled and fully believes attention, cuddles, and snacks should always be available on demand. And honestly? He makes a pretty convincing case. This silly boy is incredibly food motivated and always wants to know what’s on the menu. If you’re eating, Beans is investigating. If treats are involved, Beans is first in line. He loves to pounce, wrestle, and zoom around with his foster sister Jelly, who is always ready to join him in their tiny chaos adventures. Together they turn every room into a playground. When playtime finally slows down, Beans is all about love. He adores cuddles and being close to his people, and his goofy antics mixed with his sweet personality make him impossible not to adore. Beans is guaranteed to fill his future home with laughter, snuggles, and plenty of entertainment. ----- The Pre-adoption process allows us to get the adoption process started early, even though vetting isn’t complete. Per the Department of Agriculture rules and regulations, The Kitten Rescue Project is responsible for vetting all of its kittens before adoption is final. At this time the kitten is not fully vetted because he/she is too young. We expect vetting will be completed around June 12th, but could be delayed a couple weeks longer if he/she does not meet the weight requirement by our vet. Once vetted, our kittens are dewormed, vaccinated, spayed or neutered, and microchipped. Our feline adoption fee is $120, which assists in offsetting but does not entirely cover the expenses incurred for the animal's care and completion of essential veterinary care. We do not place cats in homes based on the order of application received. Instead, we prioritize the earliest applications that are the best match for the kitten. We will prioritize applicants within a 2 hour drive of Atlanta, GA to help minimize the kitten's stress during transport. Our adoption process does not happen in a single day. Typically, it can take at least a week for applications to move from submission to adoption. We reserve the right to deny any applicant for any reason.

For the application - please visit https://thekittenproject.org/adopt/form-adopter-info?petName=Jelly Meet Jelly, the tiny gray whirlwind with endless energy and enough personality for kittens twice her size! This little jumping bean is always on the move, turning every room into her own personal playground. Whether she’s pouncing on toys, zooming through tunnels, or chasing her brother Beans around in a full speed game of tag, Jelly believes life should always be exciting. She’s also quite the little chatterbox and has *lots* of opinions to share. Jelly loves to tell you when it’s time to play, when it’s time for snacks, and definitely when it’s time for attention. She’s not shy about making sure her voice is heard! But underneath all that spunky energy is an incredibly loving girl. Once playtime winds down, Jelly is happy to trade zoomies for snuggles and soak up all the affection she can get. With her playful spirit, silly antics, and sweet cuddly side, Jelly is guaranteed to keep you laughing and fill your home with love. ----- The Pre-adoption process allows us to get the adoption process started early, even though vetting isn’t complete. Story
Oden is 1 of 5 tuxedo kittens I've been fostering for months. He was born in the beginning of July, 2025, and the last of his siblings that hasn't already been adopted. This sweet, cuddly boy just needs a loving home where someone can give him the attention he deserves. He's the only of his siblings who nobody wanted, likely because his inner eyelids don't retract all the way, making him appear cross eyed. That doesn't make him any less loving. Best suited for a single cat home.Won't you give this sweet growing boy a family?Name: OdenAge: 11 monthsSex: Male, neuteredBreed: Domestic shorthair, tuxedo coatVaccination status: Up to date on all kitten vaccines and rabies. Treated for fleas and worms.Temperament: Shy but very sweet when he gets to know you. Vocal and opinionated.Gets along with other animals/kids: Unknown. Will provide a weeks worth of food for any potential adopters to help segway him into any new food you might want to put him on. Will also give a blanket and a few toys.
