Robin is a four-year-old tabby girl who was surrendered by her owners when she was two. It has taken Robin a little while to relax and warm up, but she is a sweet girl and is starting to become more affectionate. She likes being petted but not held. Robin coexists well with her foster siblings but wouldn't mind being an only pet. We don't know whether she gets along with dogs. Bailey is a sweet little queen!  She likes to be petted but sometimes she takes her loving a little too far by 'play biting', so she'd be best in a home that understands and respects her space and will give her time to make herself at home.   She loves curling up in a soft, sunny spot and being adored!  Bailey would prefer to be in a home without dogs or small kids.  She'd likely be okay with another cat as she tolerates them in her foster home, but if we could ask her, she'd probably agree that she wants to be your one and only. Bailey was adopted from FURR as a kitten and due to her owner's health issues had to come back to us. She has been back with FURR for more than a year, and while her foster mom is wonderful, Bailey deserves more than living in a foster room, she deserves to be queen of a house. Meet Buddy! He is a sensitive soul, and loves one on one attention. He will gentlly meow for his wet food. He gets along great with other cats even kittens, though he just wants a mellow place hang out. He would thrive in a quiet location with another mellow kitty. He LOVES windows and cat trees! Buddy loves to join you on the couch. When you are relaxing he will come over and gently approach with a little meow to say hello! then he will settle in on a nearby spot to get comfortable by your side. He is FIV + but can live with other cats no problem! * Gigi has been sponsored so her adoption fee will be paid by a generous supporter.Gigi has been fostered in my home with a total of over 24 cats over the course of a year who have all found their forever homes....when will it be Gigi's turn?Gigi was adopted from FURR as a kitten and returned to us in November 2022 after 5 years when her owners could no longer care for her. The transition from the only home she knew to a foster home was hard on Gigi. She is still VERY SHY. She continues to make good progress and wants to be out of her cage more and more. She prefers to keep to herself, but will purr up a storm when you pet her. She even 'makes biscuits'. She also loves to be brushed. She had lived with another cat and has always been fostered with other cats (24+ over the course of a year!), but she prefers they leave her alone for the most part. She will growl or swat sometimes, but the other cats know that is just how she is and don't seem bothered. They just need to give her a little space. I tell her she's a good girl for having to constantly get used to new cats that come and go.Considering that there are several cats confined to only one room where I foster, she does well cohabitating with them. Sometimes she does seem interested in the other cats and is even playful at times. She likes catnip toys and wand toys.Since coming back into foster care over a year ago, we found that Gigi needs to be on a high quality food for urinary health. She is currently on a non-prescription variety and is doing well. This is manageable, even with other foster cats in the room. I simply confine her to her cage overnight to eat.   Gigi needs a special person or family who will love her as she is and keep giving her the care she needs. Loki has chronic upper respiratory issues but that does not get her down. She has been here for almost 2 years because of these issues. She is not contagious to other cats. Updated 3/07/24 - Ebony and Ivory are 2 year old bonded brothers. They must be adopted together. They came in as strays through animal control. They have been with us for almost 2 years now. They came in as semi feral cats, but both have made tons of progress. Ebony is a more outgoing than his brother and will come to you for attention. Ivory is much better and will let you touch him now. They are not mean, just skittish. They are good with other cats as they are currently living in a room with several other cats.
