All dogs from this rescue are transported from Alabama to the Pennsylvania/ New England area and delivered in Pennsylvania and RI. Each dog will come fully vetted. The remainder of the fee will be paid once you pick up the dog. Naturally the 100.00 comes off the total owed at pick up. It will be refunded if for any reason you decide you do not want to adopt, unless the transport has already left.with the dog. This beautiful girl showed up on our back porch in October and quickly made her way inside our home. She is very friendly, curious and comfortable around humans. It seems like she has lived in a home before but we don't know anything about her history. She is about 3 years old and acts like a young cat still. She loves to play and run around outside and inside. She should go to an active home with people that will play with her and let her come out of her shell at her own pace. The main reason we cannot keep her is because we already have a resident cat and they are not getting along. She may get along with other cats - we do not know because our resident cat has not warmed up to her and so she may just not be a good fit for our home. All of her shots are up to date and she is FeLV and FIV negative. She is microchipped and spayed. She is litter box trained as well and has not shown any negative behaviors in the home other than occasionally chasing our feet : )

She is so gentle and loving, she takes care of all the little rescue kittens, even after being fixed! She’s such a sweet and quiet little thing. Miss Lulu absolutely loves scratchies and morning snuggles, and her canned food. She is extra tidy in the litterbox, and gets along well with kids, other cats, and even tolerates dogs. Story
Cletus came to us just a few short months ago. Cletus was a "neighborhood cat", but seemingly without a home. He started coming around more and more and eventually it seemed that he chose his new home. He is one of the nicest, sweetest, lovable cats that we had ever met, which seemed very rare for a stray. Our 4 year old daughter loved to go outside and feed/pet him, and he certainly loved the attention. We decided to try and give him a home with our family. Unfortunately, our current cat does not seem to be adjusting to his new roommate, which is why we need to find Cletus a new home. It just didn't work out like we had hoped. He loves to be around people, and it shows with his purring. He definitely follows us all around and you can rarely find him just hanging out alone in the house, unless he's enjoying a nap. He's a very healthy and happy cat and we hope someone can take him and enjoy a new found friend.
