Story
Alice is very ready for her own Alice Palace! See is a silly and affectionate girl once she warms up to you. She is very timid and takes time to warm up to new people. She has warmed up to her current foster and comes regularly to ask for pets and play. When she does, she likes to flip and flop around and generally be very silly. She is also very playful with toys, her siblings, and her mama. One of her favorite things to do is roll around in the shower after the water has drained but it is still damp. Alice needs someone who will not push her boundaries and will take the time to allow her to come to them. She gets spooked and can get overstimulated if being held. She will get fractious and may bite if a person attempts to hold her after she has been spooked or overstimulated. Alice is a sweet and wonderful kitty who deserves a loving forever home with an experienced, patient cat person.

Story
Luna is affectionately known as Luna-Tuna in her foster home. Like her sister Alice, she took some time to warm up to the fosters, but is now a playful loving kitty. She is good with the foster’s 8 year old, but seems very afraid of dogs at adoption events. She loves to play with many different toys and playing in the bathtub with a puffball is one of her favorite activities. She also enjoys playing with her siblings. We feel she would do best adopted with her sister Alice, and no other kitties in the home. Her adopter will need to be patient and willing to allow her to come to them in her own time.

Story
Star and Stella are a bonded pair of littermates who came to us with their brother when they were only about 5-6wks old. Stella is has heterocromatic eyes (one green, one blue) and is the runt of the litter, but what she lacks in size she makes up for in personality! She’s quite the talker, extremely playful, and will absolutely steal your food if given 1/2 a chance! She is also cuddly and loves to burrow under a fuzzy blanket. Her favorite toys are anything that crinkles or moves. Star on the other hand is quieter, though will make small meows while playing or looking for Stella. She likes string toys and does need to be redirected from cords if they are exposed. Star loves to cuddle on laps and with her sister, even when Stella is burrowed under a blanket! They are both good with kids around 7yrs old who are familiar with how to treat kitties, and are good with some other kitties. Stella has been shown to be very fearful of dogs, so we don’t think she would do well in a home with dogs. These girls would make wonderful and loving companions!

Story
Peter Parker is quite the handsome gentleman, and one of Oksana’s litter. He has an adorable hourglass on his nose, as well as a dapper sweater-vest pattern on his fur. He really is all the awesome kitty things: cuddly, silly, loving, playful, and gets very excited for pets. He also has his mama’s beautiful eyes. We would love for him to be adopted with one of his siblings or his mama, but he does well with other kitties. He might do well as a solo kitty, but would need an extremely attentive and playful adopter as he is a high energy and high play kitty.

Story
Minnie (born around 5/24/24) was found separately from the litter of 3 brothers (Pepperoni, Bologna, Salami) but is only about a week or 2 older than them so fostering her together with them felt perfect! That decision was the right one because she fit in with them immediately! Though she is a bit more of a rapscallion and sometimes likes to overpower them with her wrestling moves, it's all in good fun! She is also a big fan of cuddles, a good 30 minute petting session is one of her favorite activities! Our adoption fees are $100 for one cat and $175 for a pair. Adoptions fees include all age-appropriate vaccinations, spay/neuter surgery, microchip, testing for FIV and FeLV, wormer, and any additional veterinary care necessary for each cat.  Feline Friends adoption requirements include the following: A completed adoption application and adoption contract. We will contact your references, as well as your veterinarian as an additional reference. We may make a home visit before completing the adoption process. We offer a two-week trial period for each adoption. This helps ensure that the kitty you picked is the perfect match for your family. After two weeks, the adoption fee is non-refundable. You may email felinefriendsnc@gmail.com for an application or fill out an application online at www.felinefriendsnc.com/application.html November 5, 2024, 10:20 pm
