Story
Larry is a very playful guy who is happy playing either on his own or with someone. He loves hunting toy mice and getting lots of treats! Although he can be playful and energetic he also loves to nap on the couch or in his hammock. Larry will greet you with face rubs and cuddles, and makes it loud and clear when he wants attention by meowing at you until he’s picked up. He will let you know when he’s had enough cuddles and needs his space. He’s very good at giving signs of when he’s overstimulated, and if these signs are ignored he will swat. Larry may do well with children who are understanding of this and respectful of his boundaries.

Story
DOB: To be updated Mo, AKA Beans, will win your heart with his sad-looking eyes. Behind that gaze, there's a boy with a big heart that wants to trust. Blueberry's partner in crime, Mo was rescued from a harsh outdoor life. Though he is still afraid of humans, he has come a long way in trust, and will now let his foster parent pet him gently. Quick movements still startle him, but he truly enjoys being with human company - constantly following his foster around, but on opposite sides of the room so he can observe.  Mo and Blueberry must be adopted together. They are special cats in the sense that they will need an extremely patient, experienced owner to help them blossom.  They have not been around kids or dogs before, and believe they would be best in a home without them. They are good with other cats. Adoption applications are available at http://www.forgottenones.ca/adoptions/. Please email the completed form to contact@forgottenones.ca. Adoption fees are $175.00 for adult cats (one year and older), $225.00 for kittens, and $125.00 for senior cats (10+ years old). The fee includes: veterinary health check, spay/neuter surgery, microchip, testing for Feline Leukemia and FIV, vaccinations, flea and ear mite treatments NOTE: Young kittens may not have had their spay/neuter surgery and final vaccinations at the time of their bio posting, but they are included in the adoption fee.  May 14, 2024, 6:26 am

Story
DOB: est. June 1, 2020 Together with her brother, Mo/Beans, this kitty will chase all the mice out of your home!  Blueberry, AKA Shayna, is a little princess and particular about her food. She likes her Weruva BFF pouches and small cans! She knows what she likes! She is quite the character, always watching her foster mom from afar. Blueberry has really come a long way and is now actively seeking affection. After building trust with her adopters, she'll meow ever-so-cutely for pets! She is so interested in human behaviour that she'll follow you to the bathroom just to look at you, you'd think this cat is a scientist! Like her brother, she loves the windowsill and catnip. Her favourite toy of all time is a small ball (smaller than a ping pong ball). Blueberry and Mo are special cats. They are not traditionally affectionate, and they are going to need very experienced, very patient pet parents that will help them become comfortable. They were rescued from a harsh outdoor life, and although they've settled in well to the indoor lifestyle, they will need lots of time and patience to shine. With their comfort comes the affection - Blueberry will actively seek out pets from her foster mom and now tolerates being picked up for short periods of time.  Blueberry and Mo are great fun to watch as they become kittens again with catnip toys. These two are a special pair that deserve a loving home that will let them be themselves. Though they will likely never be lap cats, they do enjoy human company and will often sit on the couch with their foster mom. They are independent and do well on their own for long periods of time. Blueberry and Mo love each other very much and would do best if adopted together. They are OK with other cats, but NOT good with dogs or kids. Story
DOB: March 7, 2022 Milo is a stunning cat with beautiful markings. He is super affectionate and outgoing fellow who loves to be around people and other cats. He is a curious guy, and he just has to explore everything and anything!  He has lots of kitten energy and will bounce and pounce after dangling toys--they are his absolute favorite.  We are accepting applications for Milo and Leah to be adopted together. Both cats are great with children. They have not been exposed to dogs, but would likely do well with a slow, patient introduction to a cat-friendly dog. Milo was previously diagnosed with FIP but has undergone treatment successfully. He is now a totally healthy young cat ready for his forever home! Milo has an innate curiousity about doors and has been known to door dash. For this reason, their future family must be extra careful with doors (or have an enclosed front porch, etc.) OR live in a condo/apartment that can accommodate their playful personalities. Story
DOB: approx. 2013 This tiny little tabby girl is mighty. The ring leader in the pack she has no problem holding her own. She also has no issues pushing the other cats out of the way to get to canned food. Clean and well mannered she is still very timid around people. She will allow you to pet her as long as she’s getting her favourite tube treats. Her meow is as tiny as she is and it’s a real treat to hear her talk. She’s a young senior looking for her retirement home to enjoy the rest of her life in.  Katie8 would be best suited for a quiet home, with an experienced owner who will let her personality shine through with lots of time and patience. While she may never be a lap cat, she loves to watch people do their thing! Kaite8 does well with other cats, though she is a tiny little boss lady. She has not been exposed to dogs or young kids, but due to her timid nature, she would do best in a home without them. Older, respectful kids would be OK.Adoption applications are available at http://www.forgottenones.ca/adoptions/. Please email the completed form to contact@forgottenones.ca.
