Noa is a beautiful and pixie-ish pup at just around 40 lbs full grown! Pictures do not do her tiny frame justice, nor do they accurately portray how her head is a bit too small for her body... but Noa is perfect, and we could not love her more!
Noa’s story began in Kentucky, but she’s ready for her happiest chapter yet — finding a family to call her own. Noa was surrendered to one of our rescue partners in a very rural area when her owners were no longer able to care for her. The area is so remote, adopters don't often come looking, even for the sweetest pups like Noa, so when we saw her photos and read about her, we were thrilled to make her a Heartland dog!
This petite girl has the gentlest soul and the biggest heart. Noa doesn’t ask for much — just a warm lap, a soft place to rest, and someone to love with all she has. She’s the kind of dog who looks at you like you hung the moon, following you from room to room simply because being close to her people is where she feels safest and happiest.
Noa was in a foster home for two weeks with a couple and their large dog. Noa did great with everyone in the home. While she had a couple of accidents initially, she caught in very quickly to going outside and would walk to the back door as a signal that she had to go. She walks very well on a leash and is not reactive at all.
Her foster mom writes, "Noa is a sweet, gentle soul. She is incredibly cuddly and loves nothing more than being close to the people around her, making her the perfect companion for anyone who loves a snuggle buddy. She loves being outside and going for walks. Noa gets along really well with other dogs and enjoys a good play session, but she’s just as happy lounging by your side. She has a calm, easygoing nature that makes her a joy to have in the home. And if you’re lucky enough to have her nap near you, you’ll hear the most adorable soft little snore. With her adorable looks and affectionate personality, Noa is truly the whole package!"
Though petite in size, Noa’s love is enormous. Noa is searching for someone who will see how special she truly is and love her forever. In return, she’ll give you endless devotion and never ending affection. Come meet this special girl soon, she is waiting for you!
Noa's adoption fee has been generously sponsored! She is spayed, up to date on core vaccines, and Heartworm negative.
