Story
This is Mikkey (pronounced just like the mouse lol). He is a sweet baby boy that loves any and all attention. He is middle aged, I’m assuming around 9-10, and ready for a kind home to take him in. We rescued him from an abandoned home around 2017, and my family has been taking care of him since. Unfortunately, alot has happened and his family can no longer care for him, and neither can I. He will go potty outside, but occasionally does have accidents in the house. He does get along with other dogs, has for years. Amazing with kids, he was the sweetest when I was little. Just loves to lounge around, cuddle constantly, and protect you from any threatening squirrels. 🤗

Meet Jane! 🐾 At just two years old, Jane is finally getting the chance to experience something many dogs take for granted: being part of a loving home. This adorable Chihuahua/Terrier mix is discovering the world with wide-eyed wonder, and it's a joy to watch her make up for all the puppyhood she missed. Jane absolutely loves other dogs and would happily spend her days playing with canine friends and every toy she can find. Her favorites, though, are giant floppy stuffies that are almost as big as she is. Watching her proudly carry them around is guaranteed to make you smile. When playtime is over, Jane transforms into a champion cuddler. She loves curling up close to her people and soaking up all the affection she can get. She's also working hard on her housetraining skills and making great progress, though she'll still need a family willing to provide a little guidance and consistency as she learns. Jane is essentially experiencing puppyhood for the first time, complete with curiosity, excitement, and a lot of learning along the way. She has a sweet, loving personality and a remarkable ability to steal hearts wherever she goes. If you're looking for a playful companion, a dedicated snuggle buddy, and a dog who will blossom with love and patience, Jane may be the perfect match for you. ❤️🐶

Story
Natasha is a six year old, 8 lb, Chihuahua mix. She looks like a Deer-Head Chihuahua, maybe with a small mix of Pomeranian. She is a pretty little girl, with a lovely greyish brown coloring, kind of like taupe, and soft eyes to match. Natasha's former person is having health issues and can no longer keep her, so Humane Tomorrow promised we would find Natasha another great home. She is in excellent health due to the care she received in her previous home. Natasha is a very sweet little dog, but it may take her a little time to warm up to new people, which is understandable after the changes she has been through. She gets along great with the other small dog in her foster home, but she would also do just fine as an only dog. She also does well with the foster's 8 year old grandson, but he is used to meeting lots of new dogs. Natasha will do best in a home with kids at least 10 years old. She also needs a calm, quiet home where her people are home most of the time. Please submit your application, and an adoption counselor will contact you.
