WE ARE A TX BASED RESCUE. THIS DOG IS CURRENTLY LOCATED IN TX AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED UPON ADOPTION. Please fill out an adoption application found at haydudeequine.org 🌋🐾 Meet Pacaya — Adventure Enthusiast, Water Lover & Certified Good Girl 🐾🌋 Hi! I’m Pacaya, an athletic, happy, and downright charismatic girl with a heart full of joy and paws made for exploring. I’m friendly, engaging and I has got a gorgeous coat that goes from a warm tan to a rich red when the sun hits me just right. I'm always ready for the next adventure — especially if it involves hiking, swimming and exploring(yes, I take the scenic route whenever possible). If you love the outdoors, we’re already best friends. Trails? I’m in. Lakes? I’m already splashing. Hills? I’ll meet you at the top, tail wagging proudly. I thrive with an active person or family who enjoys getting out and doing things — I make an excellent hiking buddy, jogging partner, or “let’s-see-what’s-over-there” companion. But don’t let my athletic side fool you — once the adventure is done, I’m all about the wind-down life. Belly rubs, ear scratches, lounging with my people and giving the best hugs are absolute perfection. I’m not wild or frantic — just a well-balanced girl who knows when to go full throttle and when to relax like a pro. 🐾 Pacaya at a Glance: ✔️ ~2 years old, ~40 lbs of happy athletic energy ✔️ Friendly, confident, and full of personality ✔️ Loves hiking, swimming, and climbing ✔️ Great with other dogs ✔️ House trained and well-mannered ✔️ Smart, attentive, and eager to engage with her people A quick note from management: while I adore dogs and humans, cats and chickens are not on my guest list. (Nothing personal — just best to admire them from afar.) I bring joy into every space I enter, communicate with my bright eyes and expressive personality, and truly enjoy being part of a family. I pay attention, listen well, and love being involved in whatever my humans are doing — especially if it ends with a nap under the fan. If you’re searching for an active, loving, adventurous companion who’s equal parts fun and affectionate, I might just be your perfect match. 🌟 Apply today at haydudeequine.org and let Pacaya lead you into your next great adventure! 🐾💛

Story
Meet Lissy, the runt of her litter and the smartest! When she and her siblings need to be given medicine, she hangs back, when it's time for cuddles, she's the first to arrive, haha. She's learning to walk on a leash, and is usually very active, playful with dogs, cats, and although she's a little shy at first with people, she adapts very well to new environments in a short time. She will be a medium/large size, since she was always the smallest. She loves to look out the window at everything that happens, and if she has a playmate she could spend the whole afternoon playing. She likes balls and rope toys. The $550.00 adoption fee covers the following: Transport to Oregon or Washington. Spay/Neuter. All vaccines up to date. Deworming (puppies 2 sets). Flea medication up to date. Tick control up to date. Microchip. Microchip registration to new owner paid for. Collar. Temporary leash.

We are looking for an adult only home or one with children ages 10 or older. She is loyal and bonds deeply. She is active and will need another dog in the home for company. She is super intelligent and likes to be the boss. Savannah loves to run and be in the sun and thus would need to have a fenced yard. She craves structure and will need strong leadership to make her be her best. She is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on shots. Her fee is $500.

Story
FOREVER HOME NEEDED (currently in foster care) Meet Lil Bit! Lil Bit is a 1-year-old, 8 lb Spaniel/Chihuahua mix who came to us from an overcrowded shelter after her owner could no longer care for her. She’s currently thriving in foster care and showing off her big personality in a tiny package! Lil Bit is happy-go-lucky, friendly, and outgoing. She’s a confident, spunky little girl who loves to play and keep things fun. She’s goofy, full of life, and always ready to be part of whatever you’re doing! She does great with other dogs and absolutely loves having playmates. We are looking for a home with another similar-sized dog—preferably a playful male—to help keep her socialized and give her a buddy to romp around with. Lil Bit enjoys getting out and doing things with her people, whether it’s walks, outings, or just tagging along on adventures. She’s continuing to work on her house training and will need a home committed to helping her stay on track. She also has a deformed foot, but it doesn’t slow her down or stop her from living life to the fullest—she doesn’t let it get in the way of having fun! Lil Bit is looking for an active, engaging home that will embrace her playful spirit, continue her training, and include her in daily life. She would do best in a home without cats. If you’re looking for a confident, fun-loving little companion with tons of personality, Lil Bit might just be your perfect match! Lil Bit is UTD on vaccinations, microchipped, and spayed. Her adoption fee is $500.

Story
Girl Chi fans, this is your lucky day: Meet Darcy, an adorable 3 year old Chihuahua who is curious, cuddly, and perfectly housetrained. She's the perfect little 12 lb package just waiting for you! Darcy was rescued as a stray in California and was transported up to Seattle in the search for a new home. She easily settled into her foster home— already housetrained, stair-savvy, and completely at home indoors. She gets along great with her two foster brothers (both small dogs), but she would also be fine as an only dog as long as she has plenty of opportunities to socialize (she enjoys the dog park). Darcy has two favorite things: Going for a walk. She walks on leash like a dream! Many dogs will zigzag on leash, but she walks straight as an arrow. She is very used to being on a leash, and is very happy to go out a couple times a day if she can. Darcy ADORES squeaky stuffy toys. Her favorite by far is the Lambchop stuffy, followed by squirrel stuffies, chipmunk stuffies, and the giant Lambchop stuffy. She enjoys nose work puzzles as well. She keeps herself quite content with her family of stuffies. Any chihuahua aficionado knows the girl chis are often bossy, and Darcy will Girl Boss with the best of them. She challenged her foster brothers until they told her in dog language to back off (you know, the usual jockeying-for-position that happens when a new dog joins the fray). After that, they’ve been getting along great, cuddling with each other and playing fetch and tug-of-war with more stuffies. Unlike many dogs, Darcy prefers not to sleep in bed with her humans - she is very happy to cuddle up under a cozy blanket in the living room. We suspect that's because she can be closer to her stuffies. :) Darcy is available for immediate adoption - please submit an application if interested in this absolute sweetheart (but only if you're okay with squeaky toys! lol) Darcy is updated on vaccinations, microchipped and spayed. Her adoption fee is $500.
