Playful, energetic, and incredibly affectionate, he’s the kind of dog who will greet you like you’re the best part of his day every single day 🥹💛. Whether it’s going for walks, playing, or just hanging out, he wants to be right there with you. He truly loves being part of the action!He’s house-trained 🏡 and does best with a routine, where he can feel comfortable and confident. Once he bonds with you, he becomes deeply loyal and loving your shadow, your teammate, your biggest fan 🐶❤️.Will require a calmer environment with familiar dogs and people to thrive 💕.

Story
Rhain (rain) is 4 years old. She was adopted by us from a foster home when she was about one year old. She has been living with two teenagers, two adults and another dog that is two years older. Over the past year, my older dog has been getting into spontaneous fights with Rhain that have been frightening to watch. Rhain being a smaller dog is at a disadvantage, and we are increasingly afraid for her safety. This has led to the tough decision to rehome her. Rhain is a sweet ball of energy but would do best in a home where she is the only pet; however, she does seem to like other dogs and an older, well adjusted, male dog may work. Rhain is super smart and is fully house trained. She knows basic commands. She has a bit of an anxious affect and she is particular about how people physically reach out to her. She is very loving with the people she knows. Rhain currently lives in a home with a decent sized backyard and needs to be exercised regularly.

Meet Blitzen! Blitzen is a handsome Lab mix , who was born in July. He weighs about 45 lbs. With his adorable freckles and soulful eyes, he’s sure to steal your heart. Like his brother Rudy, he appears to be a smallish Lab mix with a little hound and possibly cattle dog in the mix. Blitzen has a sweet, submissive personality and loves being close to his people. He’s the perfect cuddle buddy and enjoys relaxing just as much as he enjoys playtime. He gets along well with other dogs and absolutely loves wrestling and playing with his brother, Rudy. Blitzen is also a very well-mannered young pup. He sleeps quietly through the night in his crate, walks nicely on a leash, and does great during bath time. He’s also doing well with house training and continues to learn more every day. Our rescue pets are fostered in Southern foster homes (unless otherwise stated) and are posted for adoption once they are completely vetted and ready to travel. Our pets are adoptable in Alabama and New England States. Our adoption fee includes transport fee, spay/neuter, current vaccinations, deworming, heart worm test for animals over 7 months old, all necessary vetting and an interstate health certificate. Once an application is received, our team is happy to answer all of your questions and send additional pictures and videos. Thank you for thinking rescue!
