Story
Zelda is kind of a silly name for a beautiful girl like me, UNTIL I discovered that I was named after the "Legend of Zelda" :) She is absolutely amazing and really TOUGH. Well the game she is in is the TOUGHEST game EVER :) Ok, well that is what all the preteen boys say about the game, lol.... So Zelda is my name and I IDENTIFY as a tough girl on the outside and a sweet girl on the inside :D I love everyone and play HARD with my friends.I am so very cute too. I am a great sized girl, about 40#, compact and playful... I want a friend or two in my new furever home. I want a nice house, nice bed and maybe even a fireplace?? I don't think that is too much to ask in this weather! I was found on the streets during a "stray count" performed several times a year in San Antonio. I was hurt, and the "counter" asked for the rescue to help me and they did!!! I have been hanging here, am healthy and smart and beautiful!! ADOPT ME SOON!! Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $450 (includes transport to your area)

Koda is a young spirited fella with a very friendly and amiable nature. As a large dog, Koda thrives on being outdoors and loves his walks. He really likes other dogs and tries to play with every dog he sees along the way. He does OK with kids too, but would do best in a home without cats. Koda loves his food, but he can get a little protective around it, especially when other dogs are around. This means he'd do best in a home where he's the only dog. He is also housebroken and crate trained. Koda is ready to find a home where he can share his loyalty and playful spirit with a family who will cherish him forever. Could it be yours?  Submit an application today!Your new pet will require a refresher in house-training. K-9 Lifesavers strongly recommends all new adopters enroll their new pet into obedience training. This provides for an easier transition into a new home, ensures the dog remains well socialized, and helps form a bond between the dog and the new family.    Adoption fees cover basic vetting, rabies (if puppy is old enough), distemper/parvo vaccinations, deworming, monthly heartworm prevention while in our care (if old enough), monthly flea/tick prevention while in our care, and transport costs. K-9 Lifesavers will also cover the cost of spay/neuter at our partner vet at 6 months of age or reimburse adopter for up to the amount of our partner vet cost should you choose to spay/neuter at your own vet.Foster Program:    Foster homes provide for the temporary care of a rescue until the dog is placed into a loving, forever home.  For more information on becoming a foster parent, and our Foster Program, visit http://www.k-9lifesavers.org/foster/ or email our Foster Coordinator at foster@k-9lifesavers.orgSPONSOR ME! Help Save Lives!    Make a tax-deductible donation today and help save a life. And unbelievably, no one came looking for him… which is wild, because Boone is basically the canine equivalent of a polite Southern gentleman. This young, medium-sized Foxhound mix is an absolute sweetheart and is extremely friendly to everyone he meets, including other canines. Boone is housebroken, crate trained and a dream car companion. So what's not to love? He is the kind of dog who’ll happily join you on adventures, chill on the couch, or politely escort you from room to room like your personal four-legged concierge. If you’ve been looking for a dog who checks every box—and probably some you didn’t even think to write down—Boone is your guy.     Apply today and give this college wanderer the stable home (and fan club) he deserves. He’s ready to major in Loyalty with a minor in Snuggles. Your new pet will require a refresher in house-training. Story
Hello, my name is Pippy. I am an 11 year old American Foxhound. I am very loyal and loving of whomever would be my new owner. I love giving kisses and having my body rubbed. It would be great if you had a fenced in back yard for me to run around. I'm also ok in an apartment, but would need be walked to get my exercise. I love treats for being a good girl or just because. I know basic commands of sit, stay, giving paw, come. If interested, please respond to ad.
