Story
Molly - spayed female, 1 year, 63 lbs. Meet Molly! Molly came to us after she was no longer a good fit for her previous home. Now, Molly is searching for her forever family! If you are looking for a pup that'll give you a wild ride, than buckle up because Molly can do just that! She is a very energetic girl who is always on the go! Molly will need a home that is ready and willing to work with her energy level and the training she needs. After Molly gets her zoomies, she is a loving girl! Her favorite thing ever is belly rubs. She will flop over for some good belly scratches anytime! Molly isn't super treat or toy motivated, but we have found that her favorite toys are rope toys and bouncy balls! She is picky about her treats, but her ultimate favorite snack is a peanut butter rawhide free bone! That bone is good enough to her that she will stop mid run and sit just to get her favorite snack. Molly does not seem to mind other dogs, but she will need to meet any potential doggy friends! She would do best in a home without cats. Molly would do best with older, taller kids, as she has a tendency to jump and we don't want anyone getting knocked over! If Molly is the one for you, please fill out an application for her today! Molly is spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped.

Story
https://foha.org/pet/nolan/ Nobody knows love, nose rubs, affection and nonstop fun like Nolan. Never in your wildest dreams will you come across a never-ending bundle of happiness and kindness like Nolan. I am a dog of many nodes of joy. I prefer to be very active, as my energy knows no bounds. Long walks, big yards, non-stop tug of war are the things that I smile most for. Leash walking is no problem for me, but like my hound dog roots I prefer to set the pace and direction. Calm and quiet are my preferred settings so I would do best in a home nuzzled in a quiet neighborhood or on a serene block. A few Nolan "no-no's are other pets or children. I need to be in a house with an experienced owner who can give me their undivided attention. I do have a strong startle reflex so I should not be allowed on the furniture with you. I would like my own bed to the side where I am safe and sound. Take the time to get to know me, be patient with me as we warm up to each other, and I will show you a dog who will never leave your side and who will always be there for you. Nolan is sponsored by Carolyn Landry: Stacey Gimbert - Thank you for all you do for those who can't help themselves. You are blessing to them and to me. Story
Stumpy-Bassett Hound/Labrador Retriever (Bassador) male, ~ 1-2 yr. (March 2024) Contact rescuebc@hotmail.com for application to adopt. Stumpy is living in a very rural area with a family that asked for help in finding him a new home. He's used to living a family life with children and loves the children. He would be best as an only dog. He's a mixed dog but a popular mix, called a Bassador. The Bassador temperament can vary a lot depending on whether they take after their Lab or Basset Hound parent more. Generally, they are sociable and loving. We are fortunate to know how Stumpy has done, living with a family. Bassadors love attention, especially from their favorite person. If you want a dog with a very unique look who’s loyal to a fault, the Bassador could be the dog for you! Stumpy's adoption fee is $350 to help cover the medical costs of getting ready for adoption. For our application, please email rescuebc@hotmail.com Include your location and a phone number for future communication.
