Meet Elvis - we're not sure what kind of hound dog he is but we think he's part Foxhound & Beagle and approx. 3 yrs. old. Elvis currently lives with 4 humans, 4 dogs and 4 cats. He is house trained, crate trained and not a chewer except on his bones. In the true hound fashion, his nose hits the air as soon as he runs outside to play with his dog friends. Elvis is fully vaccinated, neutered, microchipped and on heartworm preventative. Never in your wildest dreams will you come across a never-ending bundle of happiness and kindness like Nolan. I am a dog of many nodes of joy. I prefer to be very active, as my energy knows no bounds. Long walks, big yards, non-stop tug of war are the things that I smile most for. Leash walking is no problem for me, but like my hound dog roots I prefer to set the pace and direction. Calm and quiet are my preferred settings so I would do best in a home nuzzled in a quiet neighborhood or on a serene block. A few Nolan "no-no's are other pets or children. I need to be in a house with an experienced owner who can give me their undivided attention. I do have a strong startle reflex so I should not be allowed on the furniture with you. I would like my own bed to the side where I am safe and sound.
