She enjoys watching TV, following her foster mom from room to room, laying on the sofa next to her, and guarding the house by keeping track of any movements in front of her house. Bella is crate-trained and sleeps in her crate at night. She also likes to go for short walks. As you can see Bella is a pretty normal dog. Bella was born with a spinal defect that affects her back legs. She can walk but has an unusual gait. This does not stop her from getting around. She is slower and sometimes unsteady on her back legs. The other problem that is caused by this spinal defect is that Bella doesn't always have a strong sensation of needing to go to the bathroom. If she signals that she has to go outside, it is immediate, or she goes right where she is or by the door. A regular schedule of letting her out is recommended and diapers also help with this problem. We think that Bella would do better in a no-other-pet situation as she has always been an only dog and is known to resource guard her food dish and toys if another dog is present. Bella's foster mom absolutely adores her and has worked around Bella's limitations. Please let us know if you might be this special person or family. Yasmine is a sweet and gentle French Bulldog who came to us from a breeder release in California. She is a little shy at first but with some extra love and patience, she will warm up quickly. Yasmine is a chunky girl and has a beautiful brindle coloring with a unique toe. The only medical concern she has is some skin issues and her ears need a weekly cleaning and she is currently taking medication for her left ear to deter it from an ear mass and her foster is cleaning it every other day. Keeping the wrinkles in her face clean are key as she has some skin tags and has lost some fur but it is slowly coming back. She has been to the vet and her ear is already hard and could not be drained, so we keep them super clean and currently use mometamax. Yasmine’s left eye is cloudy but according to the vet it is not medically affecting her and does not need to be removed. Her personality is divine as she is super sweet. Yasmine is a little shy and will crouch down when petted but she is the most loving gal and will seek out attention once she knows she is in a safe place. With a bit of extra love and attention, she quickly warms up. She came to us with 3 others in a breeder release and all of the girls were very close and ran in a pack when we got them. We have slowly separated them and they seem to be doing great with foster siblings. Yas loves to play with her siblings but is very independent and loves to chill in her bed or lay in the sun and observe everyone else playing. She is not fully potty trained but she is working on it. Yaasmine will need structure, guidance and consistency daily as she was kept in a kennel her whole life and used for breeding. She is a spectacular furball and is a sweet as her endearing eyes. Yasmine will do best in a home where she receives plenty of love and attention. Her ideal family will be committed to her regular health care routine and provide a structured environment to help her feel secure. She was rescued from a SoCal shelter where she needed immediate medical attention, and since then, she has been receiving the best care to ensure her well-being. Macha is feisty and loves to play, but she also enjoys quietly observing her foster siblings. Her curious nature often leads her to jump on tables and investigate her surroundings. She’s a bit of a nosy parker, always wanting to know what’s happening around her.
