True to her breed, she’s full of personality and charm, and she’s guaranteed to make you smile every single day. Anona loves people and greets everyone like a new best friend. Because she doesn’t always realize her own strength, she’s best suited for a home without young children, though dog-savvy teens may be a good match. She enjoys a good game of fetch (though you’ll want to toss the toy with care, as she can get a little too excited) and absolutely adores car rides with the window down, ears flapping in the breeze. Walks are another favorite activity, but like most Frenchies, she’s prone to overheating, so several short strolls each day are ideal. A securely fenced backyard is a must for this curious girl—especially since she loves to spend time chasing lizards! Anona does best as the only pet in the home, as she isn’t comfortable around other dogs (and we’re not sure about cats). She has “bionic ears” and can be quite the little watchdog, alerting you to every sound—even at night. She would love to sleep in the same room as her person, but be ready for some adorable Frenchie snores. She’s independent enough to be left alone for an hour or two, but she thrives in a home where someone is around most of the time—such as a work-from-home or retired adopter who’s looking for a fun, loyal sidekick. She is strong-willed (in true Frenchie fashion!) and will benefit from consistent boundaries and obedience training to help her shine her brightest. Anona also has some skin sensitivities. She’s allergic to chicken and beef, so she’ll need a special diet, and she responds best to Cytopoint injections to help manage her allergies. With her big heart, playful energy, and lovable quirks, Anona will quickly steal yours. If you’re looking for a spirited companion who will keep life exciting and full of love, Anona is ready to meet you! She is spayed and up to date on vaccinations.  Her adoption fee is $300. All Second Chance Dog Rescue dogs are spayed/neutered, are up to date on vaccines and have microchips prior to adoption.   Adoption fees vary depending on age of dog. Alaska is a little girl who came running to the shelter to hide, we assume she was scared after being run over At first glance we saw that she had a fracture in her hind leg, her first visit to the vet was to prepare her for an amputation, since her leg was beyond repair. After her recovery, she began to prepare to find her new home, currently she already has her vaccinations up to date, she is spayed and ready. She is a very pampered dog, like a big girl, waiting for love, affection and lots of cuddles, she likes to go for walks, eager to see new places, always happy, following you everywhere. She is very curious, elated to see you, and such an adorable, smart little girl. The fact that she is missing her leg does not stop her, she runs, plays and can even jump, she has adapted quite well to her new life. She is still a puppy, she will barely be a year old, she will not grow any more, she is medium, around 26 pounds. She is very protective with her family, she loves take a nap by your side, and she likes go to walks. The $350.00 adoption fee covers the following: Transport to San Diego, CA. Spay/Neuter. Adoptable Gomez is one of the sweetest puppies we’ve met! He is about 12 months old, has a BEAUTIFUL brindle-ish coat, and is just a bundle of love. Gomez was listed at the shelter as a French bulldog mix and we actually think he probably does have some Frenchie - he has a cute little underbite and Frenchie ears 💗🥹 But he’s definitely mixed with some other things. He will be a medium sized dog as he’s only about 30 lbs at nearly 12 months old. Gomez loves other dogs, and is on the submissive side. He has done well with house training and crate training, but like any puppy will require some time and routine to get things down perfectly.

Heard of the Chandler 55 case? Yes, I am a part of the disabled hoarded dog pack that was rescued from the monster house. With my sweet spirit and smile, you'd never guess what I have gone through. But only when you see my vet report! It's manageable I pawmise. I have Congenital Angular front limb deformity and Chronic orthopedic condition that affects mobility in hind legs that may have been caused by soft tissue injury that has healed. I do take dasuquin  for help. As long as I am being medically managed for mobility issues no surgery is necessary, but will not know know more until later. Surgery will be my adopter's financial responsibility if it is determined it is needed later by our future established vet. Regarding my training, I am leash trained for the 5-10 min walks I take due to leg deformities. The stroller with a soft blankie is my friend! I am pee pad trained. I am not crate trained. Now coming to my personality, the best part! My mama says that I am an absolute perfection! I love playing with dogs and toys, chewing on bones and sometimes your stuff haha but being all cute about it! I am a lap dog and you'd love my snuggles. If I could climb up on your shoulders and into your skin, I would do it! We can be best mates watching tv, all cuddling and being adorable. I am quite fond of dogs, but they have to have a sweet temperament because I can be the big mama. No cats please! I am very good with kids! I do get separation anxiety where I get anxious and scream, but having another dog completely calms me. I am obviously not a hiking dog, but I do make a good cafe date in my stroller. I am always grateful for my rescue and leaving behind that house of horrors. I do a lil dance when I get a new soft blanket and my zeal is infectious. I am the absolutely cutest little nugget that everyone falls in love with when they meet. I am looking for only the best home that will spoil me rotten because that is what this little princess deserves. If there are no dogs in the home I will need humans around for companionship. Any DINK couple around that likes to bring their dog everywhere with them? I am looking for a home with the best chew bones, softest blankets, and good sunbathing spots.
