Story
It’s with a heavy heart that I’m looking to rehome my 1-year-old GSD. This has been a very difficult decision, but he has learned to jump my fence, and due to financial constraints, I’m unable to fully secure it. My priority is finding him a safe, stable environment where he can thrive. Strengths: • Housetrained and knows basic commands like sit and down • Loves car rides and playing ball! • Gets along well with my other GSD • Up to date on vaccinations Things to Know: • He can be fearful of new people and situations but warms up with patience and routine • Tends to bark at first but is improving and learning to stay calmer in public • At boarding, he was hesitant to trust handlers and wouldn’t walk on leash, though he did not bark or bite Ideal Home: • Experienced dog/German Shepherd owner, no young children • Secure, tall fencing or controlled environment • Commitment to continued training and socialization He’s very affectionate and loves close contact.

Story
Leia is a sweet, smart, affectionate girl. We adopted her with the intention of her being a companion for our older dog, and they usually get along, but sometimes not. Leia wants to be friends, but her attempts to play with our older dog have resulted in misunderstandings from our older dog. Leia would be a wonderful companion in a one-dog household, or a house with a more understanding sibling. She is very loving and gentle with all of our friends and family members she has met, and she is learning to play (wasn’t sure what to do when she came to us). She loves to carry her stuffed squirrel around, or chase a tennis ball, but still needs to learn to bring it back! She is learning quickly, and has a beautiful, loving smile. She has already been spayed and is housetrained.

Story
Lexus is a 2 year old female German Shepherd mix, who is strikingly beautiful! While her looks are the first thing that draw you to her, it’s her excellent manners that will keep you by her side. With her regal demeanor, Lexus has a way of winning people over with ease. She walks well on a leash, so it’s always enjoyable to take her wherever you are going. And of course, that’s exactly where she wants to be! It’s clear that Lexus is the type of dog who will form deep, lasting bonds with her person(s) and be their lifelong loyal companion. She also seems good with other dogs, as she politely greets them through the fence or while on a leash. So if you're looking for a dog who will be both a loving companion for her human friends and a well-behaved partner in adventure, Lexus is ready to fill your days with joy and unconditional love. Don’t let another day go by without meeting this sweet girl - Lexus is waiting to meet you and become the newest member of your family! The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip.
