Story

Lucy is a loving, energetic, and deeply loyal dog who brings so much joy to the people around her. She absolutely loves car rides and will happily be your co‑pilot wherever you go. She sometimes forgets her size and will try to curl up in your lap, convinced she’s a small dog at heart. She is very trainable and responds well once she understands what’s expected of her. Lucy thrives with consistency and routine, and she feels most secure when she knows where her space is. She is fully crate trained, and even with the door open she often chooses to relax inside for naps. Lucy has lived comfortably in a home with children and other dogs. She enjoys being brushed and will happily follow you around the house if you give her head a few gentle pets—she bonds deeply and loves being close to her people. My only goal is to find a home that will love and care for Lucy the way my late father did. She deserves a family who will appreciate her big heart, her goofy personality and her loyalty.
