Story
Bernie (short for Bernadette) She's 2 years old, spayed female. Fully vetted. She's a wonderful girl who has stolen my heart. She is shy of people, a bit afraid of big dogs, and very scared of cats. She is great with smaller dogs.  She was surrendered to me by her former owners and now I'm looking for her forever home.  Her only flaw is that she's a sloppy drunk. When she drinks from the water bowl she drips and drools all over. Be prepared to dry the floor a lot.  She's a gentle giant that thinks she's really the size of a puppy. She's a lean & lanky lovely lady. Her favorite things are snuggling and playing with her people, wrestling with her bestie, Doris, and running off leash and exploring new fenced in areas. She also loves chew toys and treats.  Like most of her people, Bernie does not like a lot of things vets do (even though she lives with one and goes to the clinic everyday). She needs someone who understands that German shepherds often have big feelings about these things and a vet who will be patient and gentle.  Bernie's best friend is Doris. They get each other. They are the same age and energy level. They are playful and energetic but not hyper. They enjoy a good romp and then are content to watch TV with us.  Bernie is very well house trained. Bernie is a very strong dog and tends to pull hard on a leash if she really wants to go somewhere, so she has a halti that helps make it much better to walk with her. She does not love water, so if you're looking for a dog to join you on the lake, she is not your girl. Believe me, I tried. We went to Lake Michigan and she was NOT going to dip her toes in the water ##1822517##

Story
Hi, I'm Stella! I came to All 4 Animals Rescue with my daughter, Myla. I play with her wonderfully and enjoy her company. I do well being kenneled in my own run next to Myla. Even though she keeps stealing my blankets through the kennel wall, I still love her.  When I'm not playing with Myla, I enjoy playing with my toys and chewing on my bones. I really like learning as well. I've been introduced to clicker training and it's fun! I would absolutely love a home where me and my daughter, Myla, could spend our lives in. We can't wait to meet you!Born 09/01/2017- bonded adoption fee applies- house broken- medium sized at 64lbs (would benefit from losing some weight)- good with older childrenFill out an application at all4animalsrescue.org  ##1523216##

Hi, I'm Myla! I came to All 4 Animals Rescue with my mom, Stella. I love my mom and I enjoy playing with her and being around her. I do great being kenneled in my own run next to my mom. I also like to steal my mom's blankets through the kennel wall, more for me! I can be a little anxious at times and I'd love to do some reward-based training to help build my confidence. I've already been introduced to clicker training and I think it's fun! When I'm in my kennel, I do well entertaining myself with my chew bones and toys. I can't wait to find a home to share it with my mom, Stella. Story
If you’re looking for a companion Pearl is your girl! Pearl is a sweetheart. She’s smart, caring, and a beautiful dog with a social personality- She’s quick to become your little shadow.  At 2 years old, Pearl is very adaptable, eager to learn and please. She is an extremely affectionate girl who loves giving kisses and hugs. Pearl enjoys going on long walks and playing fetch so she will need to be housed in an active home, preferably with a yard, as one of her other favorite things is laying in the sun with her ball. When you’re ready to relax she is apt to cuddle up with you and will sleep for hours on end. Pearl perfectly house trained and will clearly let you know when it’s time.  Pearl does require a one dog home. If you are viewing this pet's profile on Petfinder or Adopt-a-Pet,.please use the application link at the bottom of the profile to apply. Clicking the "Ask About" button does not submit an application. It only submits a question which will delay an application submission.    All dogs are spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccinations, heartworm tested negative (age 7 months and older) and microchipped. We do not ship or transport. A dog's adoption donation is $200. There is a $5 fee for credit/debit cards.
