Dobby came as a stray with severe skin and ear infections. She was treated and is now doing well. It was determined that she has an autoimmune disorder. She is on a daily immunosuppressant medication and is doing well. Her new family will need to continue her medications and monitoring with a vet. Sweet and happy girl. Will play fetch for hours. Dobbie is very smart and a quick learner.

Story
We adopted willow April 21, 2020. When we got her, we were told that she was 2. We found out later that she was more like 5. But she is a sweetheart. She is very loving, and still playful at her older age. When you get home, you’ll be greeted from her with a toy in her mouth, sometimes two. If no toy available, she will bring you a shoe, or the remote, or a piece of paper, anything she sees as a good welcome home gift. She is a licker! She’s house trained, and kennel trained. She loves going on walks, and meeting other people and dogs. Sometimes smaller dogs bother her when they “get up in her business,” but after warming up, they would become fast friends! I don’t want to see her go, but I’m soon to become “homeless” and moving into my mom’s house, where dogs are not allowed. Willow is a sassy queens and she knows it! Gets along with everyone, but sometimes I think she would be great as a one dog house, where she gets all the love and attention she deserves!

We adopted Kooper when he was 4 months old. He is now 7years old. We want to find a good home that has room for him to run around outside. He loves to play fetch and run with his favorite balls. He brings them back every time. He is very smart and listens really well. He is cuddly, affectionate and loves to be close to someone. He needs someone dominate and consistent. He loves other dogs and plays well with familiar dog friends and new dog friends. He is not territorial of his food but is with treats/ bones. He loves other people and attention. He has bit in the past when overwhelmed. It usually is his growl that is more scary and usually doesn’t break skin when giving a warning nip.He has never bit or acted out to any groomers(which he has gone to often) , vets ( they just love him) or any overnight kennel staff. He is loved by all 4 of our kids but we feel a home without kids would be safer for his trigger moments until more training is provided. He is a very loyal pet!

I am both house trained and crate trained, making me well-prepared to integrate into your home. I excel with a consistent routine, including scenic outdoor excursions, training, and plenty of playtime! I’ve really shown off my intelligence in leash and manners training, and I’m especially alert and responsive when there are snacks involved. While I have lived with other dogs and older children before, I’m quite dominant with other dogs and a bit too boisterous for small children. However, teenage kids are the perfect fetch partners for me! I may be a bit apprehensive at first, but I am a loyal companion who will reward your patience with genuine affection.
