My name is Bella Mia and as you can see, I am a beautiful golden girl that smiles and welcomes everyone I meet with an open heart of friendship. I am a German Shepherd/Great Pyrenees mix that is obviously going to be large and just bigger to love. They say I was born around February 11, 2023 and for sure I am still very much a puppy even though I weigh 76 pounds. They whisper behind my back and say that “she is a very smart girl” and that makes me want to be even smarter. I try to keep my sweet personality showing out there 24/7 even though I am competing for attention from my other large and in charge siblings. I am learning things but my foster family is busy and they are just maintaining good care for me and my large siblings. I have energy to burn and I need a fenced yard to run in and someone that will focus on teaching me. I need a loving and training oriented family who loves to bring a dog from A to Z status. I survived a very tough start in life and am one of 12 siblings. Only six of us survived. I like fun, lots of activity and the hustle and bustle of family. I need a fenced yard that is 6 ft. tall and it would be best to have me with children who are over 8 years of age because of my large exuberant size. I am a well-rounded girl that will make your home much more Fun and loving. Active Axel is a handsome golden male German Shepherd/ Great Pyrenees mix who was born on February 11th, 2023 and is still a puppy in every way. He is one of six siblings that survived from a litter of 12. Our guy Axel weighs approximately 90 lbs, and is very GSD smart loving to be next to his humans. This huge puppy is full of energy and he will fit perfectly in a home where there is a lot of activity, a fenced yard and people who love the BIG DOGS! He really likes walking, hiking, and just a ton of fun with activity. He also loves water and treats the water trough as his own personal spa. We recommend a home with a fence that is a minimum of 5 feet tall. We do not suggest he go to a home with small children, or farm animals simply because he has no experience with them. He hangs with his siblings and does well playing with them and also just enjoying their company. He does need to eat separately for dinner as he protects his food from the other dogs due to early starvation. Handsome Axel is fully vetted, neutered and microchipped and he is kennel and crate trained for quiet time. This boy needs some time and attention from a caring and dog savvy owner. Our handsome white German Shepherd boy is called Mozilla. Found as a stray in East Tennessee and taken to a local humane society shelter, this 2-year-old boy was quickly adopted by a family that had high hopes for bringing him up with their family. Sadly within a few months the elderly lady died and her husband just could not stand to raise Mozilla by himself. Back to the shelter he came thinner and yet still a happy boy. He is 72 lb and needs to put back on weight. We think he should be an 85 lb healthy hearty beautiful white angel. He lived with a cat and did well and he plays with all the dogs at the shelter in the play yard. He wears a smile and wags his tail every opportunity he gets as he shares his friendship with the people he meets. We are looking for the right home and a forever commitment. This girl is in danger of being euthanized due to not being able to get along with only one of the 4 dogs at her current temporary home. Her name is Winter and her mom has been out of work and is living with a relative who will not tolerate Winter staying there and not getting along with one of the 3 other dogs. Not her fault. Jealously is rampant with her as the odd dog out since she came there to live a month ago. Winter is the sweetest and most loyal white German Shepherd who is just barely 2 years old and weighs 65 pounds. She is healthy and happy and would love to be in a more relaxed and welcoming environment. Her mom took her in a year ago from another family who could not keep her. This girl would be the best companion to someone that wants the love of the smart and intelligent Shepherd breed. She is housebroken, crate trained and totally, totally trained in all commands. Her owner who must stay in this home due to homelessness has been told to euthanize her if she cannot find a place for her to go by August 1st.
