Story
Emma’s the name and happiness is my game! I had a pretty rough start to life with my first family abandoning me at the shelter and losing all of my puppies to illness but since being rescued I’ve learned how to dog and all about what love is. I'm a one-year-old German Shorthaired Pointer mix and everyone tells me how sweet and gentle. When I’m not cuddling and snuggling, all I wanna do is run and play! I’ve met some pretty awesome hoomans and can’t wait to meet more and every dog I see is best furiend pawtential! My pawfect home would have an active family that loves fun adventures AND cuddle time and another playful dog or two to romp around with. I haven’t been around young kids (under 5yo) yet but as long as they’re gentle and respectful, I’m sure I’d love them. If you think you might be my furever family, hurry up and get an application in while you still can! Story
Our family rescued him from a home where he was neglected. He was underfed, dirty and cold when we found him. We have a cat and a dog and he was able to get along with them great. He’s a big goof ball who just wants to be loved. He loves to bring you something when you walk into the door and loves to eat! He’s an extremely smart dog who learns fast and just wants to please. We are currently renting and our landlord will not allow us to have any more pets. We were able to hide him for a year but we finally got caught so sadly we have to find him another home.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Ava, and her 3 sisters were living in horrible situation in Barstow Ca, their owner was feeding them just bread and milk poor babies were starving. They were on their way to a high kill shelter so we intervened and picked them up right away. Ava, and her sisters are in a foster home eating good food and playing and running around with their toys.. Ava, is the is so very friendly, sweet and just love to give gentle kisses. She is so gentle, calm and not nippy like some puppies are. She is truly grateful for being saved, she literally kiss my hand every time I go to pet her. Oh i just love her so.. She’s so intelligent and treat motivated so training will be a breeze. Ava, is being potty trained and doing really good, she flies out the doggie door like a champ to go potty. She's still a baby so continuous obedience training will make her a very well rounder pup. Ava, has been examined by a vet and is in good health, she received her 1st set if puppy vaccines and dewormed so far. We will continue her vetting until spayed. If you live in LA, San Diego County or surrounding areas have a home with a yard and a secured fence and would love adopt Ava, then please complete our adoption application at tlck9rescue.org.orgVisit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.May 19, 2024, 11:05 am

Story
We are still looking for the best home for our handsome boy! Chente will make a great companion for someone looking for a walk partner. We took Chente in back in May 2023 from a family that was renting and could not have large dogs. He was only 3 months at the time. I was a stay at home mom and home trained him. He was born February 21, 2023. I have started to work full time now and sometimes I am unable to walk him. He enjoys daily walks or just more time with someone. Someone with a job from home looking for a great partner. Chente will be your dog! He loves running/walking with me when I'm off. He loves playing tug of war with our pug/puddle mix rescues. We love him so much he is so handsome and I know his next forever home will love him too. He loves to cuddle and loves sloppy kisses.

These pups are in Dana Point, California too!

Story
Meet Delilah! She is a very smart 3 year old that is very loyal to her humans. She is completely friendly with strangers, gives lots of kisses, and adores anybody who will throw her ball. Fetch is her favorite thing ever, she drops the ball right at your feet when she wants it to be thrown, and lays down and waits. She also knows sit and is learning new tricks! She loves water so it would be great if she could find a pool or head to the beach. She’s a larger dog (around 90lbs) so we would recommend older kids only. She loves being around her humans and smelling all the new smells. She’s great in the car and is a good beach/hiking companion. Interested in adopting this pet?
