Story
Meet Sprinkles! Sprinkles is the perfect little companion. She does wonderfully home alone—no barking, no whining—just chilling on the couch and watching TV like a pro. She’s a snuggle bug who loves being close to her people and is happy to lounge all day or head out for a long walk. When she catches a scent, her inner detective kicks in—nose to the ground and tail wagging with purpose! Sprinkles adores head scratches, and when she’s happy, she shows it with her signature “dance” (aka a super cute butt wiggle). Whether you’re looking for a cozy couch buddy or a walking partner with personality, Sprinkles is your girl. 💛🐾

I am active but now pretty slow. I need my nap she wants to play. She’s on high fiber diet loves frozen cut up broccoli.if I donot control her eating she can get over wt I will cry over her it will break my heart but poor dog she has lots of love in her heart I could not give back or responds to it. I live alone with her. I feel guilty that is why I want her to find some active person who’s got time to take her out. I got her for a companion. And she is. She’s so precious she loves to be out in nature free sometimes she gets outshow her good treat u tell go to ur house she goes.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Handsome gentleman Bruno has run into some bad luck again!  He initially became a Cause kid when his owner had to move and could not take their dogs. Luckily he found a loving home and lived a good life for several years. Tragedy struck this poor guy again when his loving human passed away and he came back to Cause for SB Paws. He settled into his new foster home and is now ready to try his luck again. Could you be his forever family? Chocolate German Shorthair Bruno is 11 yrs old and full of boundless energy. He definitely needs a home familiar with the breed or similar breeds. The GSP is known to be '...very athletic, have boundless energy and need to burn it while spending time outdoors. All activities are good: running, walking, swimming, toys retrieving etc. Never forget that even if you are not a hunter, this breed is designed for hunting, and it’s really perfect at it. At the same time they are wonderful family dogs and very protective of a family. They perfectly get on with other animals, get along with people. Great for children.'So an active family is an absolute must, as well as a big yard to run, and other energetic, large breed dogs with which to romp and run and play.See his page here: http://www.causeforsbpaws.org/animals/browse  Apply here: http://www.causeforsbpaws.org/forms/form?formid=3251   Email cause4sbpaws@gmail.com with questions.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.November 3, 2024, 7:12 pm

Annabelle is a Courtesy Post only and is not a Second Chance Dog Rescue dog. SCDR is not responsible for any ownership, behavior, health, and representations made by the owner with respect to this dog. You must contact Diana Daniels at 716-912-8733 (call or text) to meet Annabelle    Meet Miss Annabelle! This stunning Pointer mix isn’t just beautiful — she’s the real deal who actually points! Estimated to be around 2–3 years old and weighing about 50 lbs, Annabelle is full of life, joy, and playfulness. She absolutely lives for toys and will happily keep herself entertained for hours. Annabelle is both dog- and cat-friendly, and she adores being around people — she’s a classic “Velcro dog” who loves to be part of the action. She walks nicely on leash, is potty trained, and rides wonderfully in the car. She also does well in her kennel as long as she has some favorite toys or treats to keep her busy. While she’s friendly with other pups, Annabelle prefers not to share her toys, she’ll politely (and sometimes not-so-politely!) make sure everyone knows the ball is hers. Her story is a touching one: after her owner passed away in the Imperial Valley, the remaining family, living out of state, couldn’t take her in. When we met her at the shelter, we knew this smart, loyal girl deserved a fresh start and a family who would truly appreciate her loving heart and playful spirit. Annabelle is spayed, vaccinated, and ready for her forever home — one filled with toys, adventures, and people to love.  Annabelle is available to meet in the San Diego area. For further information or to meet Annabelle, please contact Diana Daniels at 716-912-8733 (call or text)October 14, 2025, 6:45 pm

Story
Life’s a carnival with Rio - Available for Foster or Adoption in Illinois. Hi everyone, I’m Rio (aka Oreo). I’m a 1-year-old male Pointer mix, weighing in at about 40 pounds of pure fun and joy. I’m neutered, up to date on all my vaccines, and heartworm negative. I get along great with other dogs, I’m calm and respectful with cats, and I’m totally friendly with farm animals like cows, goats, horses, and even chickens. I also love kids, especially the ones who like to play and share snacks. I’m still a puppy at heart and probably one of the goofiest dogs you’ll ever meet. My silly facial expressions and playful personality will make you smile every single day. I’m full of energy, but I also love attention and being near my people. I walk pretty well on a leash and I know how to sit. I’m very food motivated, which makes me a fast learner. Training with me will be fun because I love working for treats. If you're looking for a loyal, silly, happy pup to brighten your world, I might be your guy. Send in your application if you think we belong together. I can’t wait to meet you. ##2525403##
