Story
Meet Mary Ann and Ginger, an adorable bonded pair of medium-sized rescue dogs who are searching for their forever home. These super cute girls have spent their entire lives on their own until they were recently rescued. Despite their rough beginnings, Mary Ann and Ginger are incredibly sweet and are now learning to enjoy the comforts of a loving home. Both Mary Ann and Ginger get along wonderfully with other dogs, though they haven't had the chance to meet any cats yet. They need a patient adopter who will give them the time and space they need to adjust to their new surroundings and discover the joys of being cherished pets. Ginger, who bravely underwent heartworm treatment, is now healthy and heartworm negative. Both dogs are fully vetted, spayed, microchipped, and on preventatives. They even tolerate baths and absolutely love being petted. Currently, Mary Ann and Ginger are being fostered in Seguin, TX, where they are receiving the care and love they deserve. If you have a kind heart and a gentle hand, these two sweethearts will surely reward you with endless affection and loyalty. Adopt Mary Ann and Ginger and give them the loving home they've always dreamed of.

Story
Animal Profile: Marley is a 4-year-old, 60 lb neutered male mixed breed (DNA test showed German Shorthaired Pointer, Lab, Pitbull). He came to us as a puppy and was adopted but returned several years later due to anxiety around the young toddler in the home. Marley is friendly with other dogs but he has exhibited prey drive with the cats in his foster home, so we will not be considering homes with cats. He is discerning with new people but not reactive and  is a loyal companion to his people.. He is nervous with small children who don't respect his space. He is house trained, crate trained, and has good basic obedience training. We will share more as we get to know him in foster care.  Adopter Profile: Other dogs OK (not required) Dog-savvy older kids considered Fenced yard preferred Large breed experience  Adoption Info: Adoption fee is $550, which includes spay/neuter, current rabies/DAPPV/bordetella vaccinations, microchip, health certificate, and heartworm test. All adoption fees are donations to a Washington non-profit corporation and all donations go to benefit the animals in our rescue.  Apply online at www.DogGoneSeattle.org Animal History: This dog was rescued from Texas as a puppy and adopted after a short stint in foster care. He was returned several years later due to failure to acclimate to the toddler boy in the home. He is currently being fostered in the greater Seattle area and available for adoption. July 26, 2026, 2:18 pm

Story
Hi, my name is Brax! I’m approximately seven months old and weigh around 35 pounds. My people think I may be a German Short Haired Pointer/Blue Heeler mix-but whatever I am, I’m 100% lovable! I have a heart as big as Texas and truly love everyone I meet. I was found roaming a neighborhood with a few other dogs, with no owner in sight. Thankfully, a kind person stopped to help me, and now I’m safe and ready to find my forever home. I’m so grateful for my second chance! I’m a well-mannered boy, both house trained and crate trained. I have never chewed on anything I was not suppose to, but I have plenty of toys in my foster home. I walk on a leash and absolutely love getting out and about—whether it’s a neighborhood stroll or a future hiking adventure (hint hint) I am a smart pup and already know a few commands. I’m dog friendly and would be happy to have a furry sibling, but I’d also do just fine soaking up all the love as your one and only. I have been socialized with both large and small breed dogs. I have never been around cats so my people are going to say no to a home with furry felines. My people describe me as sweet, energetic and well-rounded—the kind of dog who fits right into a family and makes every day a little brighter. I might be better suited for kids eight and up because I am a rambunctious puppy that could accidentally know over a smaller child. I have been around children starting with the age of 9. There are nine grandkids that come to visit. I am neutered, up to date on vaccines, and microchipped—ready to go home with you! Could I be your perfect match? Please email adopt@thezoeygroup.com for application instructions.

Story
Hi, my name is Snickers! I am approximately 18 months old and weigh 50 pounds. I am a beautiful girl with all my spots. My people think I may be a German Short Pointer mix. I am good with other dogs and welcome fur friends to play with. I have never been around cats so my people are going to say no to a home with Furry felines. I love people. If you have pets and hugs, I am willing to receive them. I am a sweet girl with a lot of love to give. I am not a crazy barking dog. I can be as energetic as needed but I also know how to calm down. If you need a pup to just hang out with and provide company then I am your girl. I ride well in the car and love to feel the wind in my face. I can totally envision myself at an outside cafe just people watching. How fun would that be?! I am house trained and walk well on a leash. I love to be out and about and go on grand adventures. Camping?! Bring on the s’mores! I am healthy, spayed, microchipped and up to date on vaccines. If interested in applying, please email adopt@thezoeygroup.com for application instructions.

Story
Sven is a great dog, he is really good with kids (especially young kids), and he loves to play. He started as an indoor pet but we moved and needed him outside. He needs lots of land to run and to have a family who has time for his energy. Our kid has eczema and it flares up when she touches Sven so we need to prioritize this at the moment. Sven is 5 years old with lots of energy.Adoption fee says $150 but I’d rather have a good home for him than money.

Story
FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME NEEDED! Calliope is one of our long-timers, and has been waiting for a foster or her forever home with us for 3 years! She is an energetic and playful girl and will make her forever family very happy! Calliope is a Pointer/Labrador Retriever mix, she weighs around 60 lbs and is ~4 years old. Calliope is active, and she will need a family that can keep her properly exercised. She loves the outdoors, and would make a great hiking or running partner! She would love her very own fenced yard to run and play with her family. Calliope is very sweet and can get over excited, especially in a kennel environment, she will thrive in a home that can provide continued support of basic obedience and working on not jumping when excited. Because she is large and jumpy, we are recommending no small children as she could accidently knock them over. Calliope has been doing great on walks with other dog friends in our care. She is not tested with cats. Calliope is spayed, microchipped and up to date on her vaccinations. Her adoption fee is $450.

Story
Meet Rolly! 🖤🤍 Rolly is a 5-month-old purebred Dalmatian puppy with a big personality to match his big paws! As the largest puppy in the litter, he’s an outgoing, confident boy who absolutely loves people and is always ready to make a new friend. Rolly came to us from one of our partner rescues in California along with his siblings. Before joining us, they were raised at a sanctuary surrounded by many different types of animals, giving them early exposure to a variety of environments and animal friends. While he’s well-socialized with other animals, he’ll still need continued socialization, basic obedience, and puppy training as he grows into a well-mannered adult. This sweet boy is incredibly affectionate and thrives on attention. Whether he’s leaning in for pets, following you around the house, or snuggling up after a day of play, Rolly’s loving nature shines through. He also enjoys playing with other dogs and would love a canine companion to romp around with, though he could also do well as an only dog if his family is committed to providing regular playdates, socialization, and enrichment. Like all puppies, Rolly is looking for a family that understands the time, patience, and consistency needed to help him grow into the amazing dog he’s meant to be. In return, you’ll gain a loyal, fun-loving best friend who will fill your days with laughter and unconditional love. If you’re looking for a confident, affectionate puppy with a heart as big as he is, Rolly is ready to meet you! Rolly is neutered, microchipped, and UTD on shots. His adoption fee is $650.
