Story
*Name: Mae (Trinity) *Age: 6.5 years *Current Weight: 120 lbs *Rescued from: Texas (currently located with foster in Texas, transport will be scheduled once adopted.) *Adoption fee: $375  *Health: Up to date on vaccines, spayed & microchipped *Adoption requirements: adopter must be 25 or older Meet Mae!! Mae is a sweet 65lbs lady waiting for you to win her heart. Mae is believed to be a golden retriever/lab mix, and is 6.5 years old. She is a very affectionate, loving and loyal companion. Mae takes a minute to warm up to new people and things. After you earn her trust she will love with all of her heart. She will smother you with affection and gladly accept yours. Mae loves to run around outside and doesn't love being leashed, so a fully fenced yard is required. She loves to spend time outdoors sitting in chairs soaking up the sun. She is also just as content laying on the couch enjoying a great cuddle session. She has very nice house manners and stays on all fours. Mae does well around other calmer dogs, but she would also do well as your only furry companion. She is looking for her perfect furever home, could that be you?? To apply to adopt, fill out an application at https://snarrnortheast.org/adopt/ FAQs -- PLEASE READ ALL BEFORE EMAILING All adoption fees are non-refundable If paying by credit card, Venmo, or PayPal there is a set processing fee, generally this fee is under $15 per pet. These processing fees are determined by the form of payment adopters decide to use. By helping with this minimal cost this allows us to save more animals. Please note that SNARR NE is a volunteer-based organization. While our volunteers will try to respond to you as quickly as possible, it is helpful if you review the below information about our adoption process before emailing: LISTED BREED(S) & AGE: We are taking our best guess on age, breed, and size when fully grown, based on the puppy's/dog's physical appearance and what we might have learned about one or both parents depending on the situation. *NOTE* We rarely know a dog's exact age, nor are we able to tell the true or full breed mix of dogs as our information is limited most of the time. Because we often do not have access to medical records at the time that we are listing for dogs for adoption, there are sometimes discrepancies between what is posted on their profile and what might be listed on a dog's medical records. SNARR'S ADOPTION PROCESS: The first step in adopting or meeting a SNARR dog/puppy is to fill out an application at https://snarrnortheast.org/adopt/. Once we receive your application, one of our adoption application processors will contact you, review our adoption process with you, and answer any additional questions you may have. **We do not go on a first-come-first-serve basis for adoptions, but on best fit for a family and most importantly the puppy or dog. ** MEETING ADOPTABLE DOGS: Meet and greets will not be scheduled until after your adoption application has been fully processed and approved by one of our adoption processors. APPLYING ONLINE: If you fill out an online application, please do so from a computer (not a mobile device), make sure you answer ALL the questions in as much detail as possible, and that you receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email, that means we did NOT receive your application. ##1151751##

Story
Sydney and Tassie are an 8-year-old bonded pair looking for a loving new home. They grew up in the hills of Tennessee and have spent the last few years living a peaceful life in Woodstock. Sadly, we need to rehome them due to severe allergies in our household that have continued to worsen, and it’s no longer safe for them to stay with us. Sydney is a red-golden colored Golden Retriever–Shepherd mix, gentle, calm, and incredibly affectionate. Tassie is a tan and white Shepherd–Hound mix, sweet-natured, loyal, and expressive. They’ve been together their entire lives and are deeply bonded, so we’re hoping to find a home that can welcome both of them. Both dogs are kind, easygoing, and loving. They enjoy being outside, relaxing near their people, and living a quiet, steady life. They will make wonderful companions for someone with space, patience, and a lot of heart. We’re heartbroken to say goodbye but want to ensure Sydney and Tassie find a safe, caring home where they’ll be truly ado
