Clover is a handsome 62 pound, 17 month old Golden Retriever. This handsome boy is a gorgeous, darker red with a deliciously soft coat. Clover is slowly coming out of his shell and acclimating to new things. He is working on his leash training and coming along nicely. Clover is not crate or house trained yet but is smart, eager to please, and good motivated so we are sure he will learn quickly. He has found a true love of toys already and is deliciously snuggly once he has the opportunity to warm up. He just melts into a cuddle bug! Clover would do best in a home with another confident dog to show him the ropes and without young children. With some continued patience, we are sure this boy is going to be a very loyal and loving companion. Charlie is a striking 65 lb, 17 month old Golden Retriever who could stand to gain a few pounds still. He takes a bit to warm up to new people and is wary of strangers. With his people, however, he could not be more loving and even gives hugs! Once he opens up, a rambunctious and playful puppy comes out! Charlie is working on his leash training and is not house or crate trained yet. He can be jumpy with his people, when excited, but he has been working on it. Charlie was rescued from an apartment that he never left, so he is still learning about all that his new life has to offer. So far, he has realized toys and treats are pretty great! Meet Mykah! 🐾 This sweet 3-year-old golden retriever girl is as lovely as she is petite. Mykah may be a little shy at first, but once she warms up once she knows she is safe (which doesn’t take long!). She’s incredibly smart and food motivated, which makes training a breeze! She already knows her basic commands and is eager to learn more, especially if there are treats involved. Mykah is housebroken, walks nicely on a leash, and gets along beautifully with other dogs and even cats. She enjoys calm companionship and is happiest in a peaceful home where she can feel safe and loved. Her ideal home includes a fenced-in yard where she can explore and enjoy her outdoor time. Apartments aren’t the best fit for her, as she may bark when left alone—this girl values her space and routine. If you’re looking for a smart, affectionate, and easy-to-train pup who just needs a little patience and a lot of love, Mykah could be the perfect match.

This furry Golden Retriever mix was given the thumb's up and is now in the Northeast and is ready to be adopted. Xander's foster mom shares, "He is a sweet, happy boy who loves to play and explore. He's active when he wants to be but also can chill out and relax. He doesn't bark except for trying to get other dogs to play with him. He's really a joy to have around." "Xander will do best in a house with another dog who likes to play. He has age-appropriate energy and is always up for a playdate! He is a true dog's dog. He is house-broken and let’s you know when he must go out by standing at the back door and using his expressive eyes and body language to let you he needs a potty break. Hudson is a beautiful eight-year-old Golden Retriever mix, weighing about 55 lbs. She came from a loving family who had to move abroad and couldn’t take her along. She has settled beautifully into her foster home, quickly forming strong bonds with the 3 adults in the home. She has a quirky side — she “smiles” when you pet her head, spins when she’s unsure, and adorably reaches up to give you a hug to let you know she has to go out. Hudson loves being with her people, and is fully housebroken too. Hudson likes other dogs, is friendly when meeting other dogs, but loves her family's attention, and is happy as the only dog in her home. She walks nicely on leash and loves going on hikes & walks ... and enjoys her backyard romps too.
