Story
It’s hard to explain just how cute VELA is! She’s got the body of a German Shepherd, with the fluff, face, and personality of a Golden Retriever! Plus, she has an adorable underbite! She’s a fluffy and very playful 1 year old pup and she’s looking for her forever home. Due to her enthusiasm, she would do best as your only pet in a house with a yard, with older children or adults and is not a match for someone with an apartment or with cats.

Tonka is like the "FONZ". He's the guy everyone likes. The life of the party. Not interested in being the king dong just interested in having a good time. Mellow. Makes friends whoever he goes. Slight short and stocky but definitely doesn't have little man syndrome. He's the go to guys for playtime and fun in the sun. He's also perfected the Sunday afternoon couch potato football watching too. Basically this guy would fit right into any scene because he's pretty much happy go lucky. Go to the link below to fetch an application if you think Tonka might just be the new friend you've been looking for ! Transport from Memphis, Tn to the northeast is included https://forms.gle/APKvbgFJcaRvgKgk9

Story
*Name: Mae (Trinity) *Age: 6.5 years *Current Weight: 65 pounds *Rescued from: Texas (currently located with foster in Texas, transport will be scheduled once adopted.) *Adoption fee: $375  *Health: Up to date on vaccines, spayed & microchipped *Adoption requirements: adopter must be 25 or older Meet Mae!! Mae is a sweet 65lbs lady waiting for you to win her heart. Mae is believed to be a golden retriever/lab mix, and is 6.5 years old. She is a very affectionate, loving and loyal companion. Mae takes a minute to warm up to new people and things. After you earn her trust she will love with all of her heart. She will smother you with affection and gladly accept yours. Mae loves to run around outside and doesn't love being leashed, so a fully fenced yard is required. She loves to spend time outdoors sitting in chairs soaking up the sun. She is also just as content laying on the couch enjoying a great cuddle session. She has very nice house manners and stays on all fours. Mae does well around other calmer dogs, but she would also do well as your only furry companion. She is looking for her perfect furever home, could that be you?? To apply to adopt, fill out an application at https://snarrnortheast.org/adopt/ FAQs -- PLEASE READ ALL BEFORE EMAILING All adoption fees are non-refundable If paying by credit card, Venmo, or PayPal there is a set processing fee, generally this fee is under $15 per pet. These processing fees are determined by the form of payment adopters decide to use. By helping with this minimal cost this allows us to save more animals. Please note that SNARR NE is a volunteer-based organization. While our volunteers will try to respond to you as quickly as possible, it is helpful if you review the below information about our adoption process before emailing: LISTED BREED(S) & AGE: We are taking our best guess on age, breed, and size when fully grown, based on the puppy's/dog's physical appearance and what we might have learned about one or both parents depending on the situation. *NOTE* We rarely know a dog's exact age, nor are we able to tell the true or full breed mix of dogs as our information is limited most of the time. Because we often do not have access to medical records at the time that we are listing for dogs for adoption, there are sometimes discrepancies between what is posted on their profile and what might be listed on a dog's medical records. SNARR'S ADOPTION PROCESS: The first step in adopting or meeting a SNARR dog/puppy is to fill out an application at https://snarrnortheast.org/adopt/. Once we receive your application, one of our adoption application processors will contact you, review our adoption process with you, and answer any additional questions you may have. **We do not go on a first-come-first-serve basis for adoptions, but on best fit for a family and most importantly the puppy or dog. ** MEETING ADOPTABLE DOGS: Meet and greets will not be scheduled until after your adoption application has been fully processed and approved by one of our adoption processors. APPLYING ONLINE: If you fill out an online application, please do so from a computer (not a mobile device), make sure you answer ALL the questions in as much detail as possible, and that you receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email, that means we did NOT receive your application. ##1151751##

Bennett is a wonderful pup who is crate and housetrained. He loves to be where the people are and just hand out. Bennett's ideal home would be one where he could go on lots of adventures and explore the outdoors. Bennett does well with dogs his size or larger and likes to run and play with them. He also likes to just relax and get some rubs. Bennett is a sweet soul who cant wait to find that perfect family! Bennett is located at our adoption center in Brewster, NY. Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Let me introduce myself- I’m Leo! and I'm a Golden Retriever/Pyrenees mix searching for my forever home or foster family. I'm 2 years old and weigh 61 pounds. I've been told that I'm a really handsome fella with my stunning golden fur and, of course, my most striking feature - my eyes! I have one blue eye and one brown eye, which people always compliment me on. But enough about my good looks, let's talk about my personality. I'm super friendly and love meeting new people and other dogs. I've never met a pup or person I didn't like! I have the best qualities of both my Golden Retriever and Pyrenees heritage. I'm loyal, loving, and always ready to lend an ear or a paw to anyone who needs it. I would absolutely love to find my forever home but until then I also need a foster home. I’m just looking for someone to love and be loved by in return. Apply to foster or adopt me and see how pawsome I really am! Leo is available for adoption but is also in need of a foster home. To Adopt, please complete the adoption application here: https://anewchancear.org/adopt/adoption-application To Foster, please complete the foster application here: https://anewchancear.org/foster/fostering-application/ Thank you so much for your interest in adopting a dog from A New Chance Animal Rescue (https://anewchancear.org). We are a 501c3, tax deductible organization. ANCAR is a foster-based rescue, and we adopt within a 90 mile radius of Bedford Hills, NY. You will find the adoption application here: (https://anewchancear.org/adopt/adoption-application/). All fields on the application must be completed. Please read about the adoption process (https://www.anewchancear.org/adopt/our-adoption-process/) so you'll know what to expect when you submit. Our dogs are in foster care and we do NOT have a shelter or boarding facility. AN APPLICATION MUST BE COMPLETED IN FULL AND APPROVED BEFORE A DOG CAN BE MET. This is a firm policy. Our busy volunteers are not able to respond to questions about the dog or dog meeting requests in the absence of an application. We know these dogs very well because they are in foster care. Please read the profiles of the dog(s) you are interested in prior to submitting an application. If there are specific requirements stated (ie: Fenced Yard or Canine Friend Required) these are included because they are vital to the happiness, health, safety and adoption success of that dog. We are only able to save as many dogs as we have foster homes (https://www.anewchancear.org/foster/faqs/) and resources for. We provide medical care including vaccinations, testing, deworming, spaying/neutering and microchipping before transporting our dogs. We provide all supplies, preventatives and any follow up vet care necessary while they are in foster care. These costs are high and the number of lives we can save is entirely dependent upon donations from people like you. We do not receive funding from private foundations or government sources. If you can find room in your heart to help us, with any amount, we are truly grateful (https://www.anewchancear.org/help/donate/). We are a 501c3 organization, so all donations are tax-deductible. It is only through the kindness of supporters like you that we are 'changing lives...one tail at a time' by providing our dogs with 'A New Chance.' (https://anewchancear.org) Thanks so much.
