What this co-ownership and foster could look like: Co-ownership or long term foster means Bo becomes part of your family, while the rescue remains actively involved in supporting his long-term well-being. He has previously been around children and has done well. Bo is up to date on all vaccinations, neutered, and consistently maintained on flea, tick, and heartworm prevention. He recently had bloodwork and a fecal test — both clear. He has a very small cherry eye that is mild and does not require surgery. Due to his age, he has some mild hearing loss, but it certainly doesn’t impact his quality of life .. he can still hear a treat bag crinkle from across the room. Bo is being rehomed because his beloved owner is transitioning into a nursing home. This decision was made with deep care and love.
