They share that he is super sweet with humans, but just doesn’t care for livestock so he would be better off living in the suburbs. Meet Mallow - (Korean Name is Mandu) Mallow is a mixed breed, likely a blend of Retriever and Jindo. He currently weighs about 51 lbs. He entered a city shelter when he was around two years old. It's believed he was abandoned because he was highly excitable and barked a lot at the time. I rescued him just one day before his scheduled euthanasia. At that time, he was heartworm positive. Fortunately, he has now completed his treatment and been fully cured! After more than six months of consistent training, Mallow has transformed into a gentle and wonderful dog. He has great leash manners and absolutely adores people, showering them with affection. Mallow also gets along very well with other dogs. However, he can be a bit jealous, so we hope he can find a forever home where he can be the only pet. Fluffy and pure white like a marshmallow, Mallow will make a truly perfect companion. 🐾 Mallow is currently staying at a training center in South Korea, waiting patiently for his forever family. Once he finds an adoptive family, he can travel anywhere across the United States. He is neutered, fully vaccinated, and has even completed a full dental cleaning!

The city shelter ended up saving them after a long negotiation with them. • Personality: Friendly, Active, Easy-going like a typical goldie :) • Affinity with - Dogs: Loves other dogs regardless of their size - Cats: Not tested - Adults/Kids: Loves all people! Super friendly! • Housetrained: Indoor (pee pads) & outdoor hybrid! Though she prefers outdoor for potty • Walking Manners: Great on a leash without pulling! Knows her name and paces with the handler. • Bathing/Brushing: Good with both • Separation Anxiety: None. • Barks/Howls: When excited before food • Car Rides: Great with car rides. • Appetite/Food Allergies: A big eater! / No food allergies found so far • Likes/Dislikes: Likes to play with toys! • Shedding level (1~10): 7 • Health: A very healthy girl!
