Goldendoodle puppies and dogs in Kentucky

Muffin is thought to be about a 3 year old, 45ish lb, female Goldendoodle that was dumped with her sister, and spent time on the run before being picked up by a shelter. Her sister went to a home, and Muffin was very stressed at the shelter and started to shut down, so they reached out to GRRAND.  When she was caught she was starving but friendly, severely matted and covered in fleas and ticks and Muffin was so matted she could barely move! So, after her day at the grooming spa... she was like a whole new dog! Without her hair she does get cold in our A/C kennel, and we have to be careful of sunburn when she's in the yard - hence the adorable t-shirt! (But her hair is growing back nicely.) This sweet girl has gone through a lot but is settling in the kennel nicely. She loves the volunteers and just wants to cuddle up with them and be loved on. She's calm and has not messed in her kennel run. We think she'd do best as an only dog as she's dog selective at the kennel and she seems to like the boy dogs a little more than the girls. Muffin will need a home with a secure above ground fenced in yard, and a family who has the time to give her the exercise and direction she never received in the past. She's fully vetted and ready to go to a foster home, or better yet, her forever home. She is eagerly awaiting her time to be in a loving home with a warm bed, dog toys and all the love and affection she can handle. Stella (3 year old Goldendoodle weighing about 60 lbs) and her sister Daisy (5 year old Lab mix weighing about 60lbs) are BFF's looking for a home to be adopted into and stay together forever, as their owners passed away and they were taken in by neighbors. They tell us this about the girls: Daisy: walks okay on a leash but needs more practice. Daisy paces and has anxiety during storms. When we first brought the girls into the home, our senior dog did not like them and they would get in tiffs, but since they have been very calm with one another other and don't really interact with her much. When Daisy first arrived, she had a significant flea infestation. Since then, she has been consistently treated with flea/tick prevention and has settled in nicely. She is petite, sweet and after her initial excitement upon meeting someone, she is “chill.” Stella: is a sweet, playful dog with a puppy-like personality who would thrive in a home that can continue working on her training, confidence, and leash skills. She is crate trained, and deeply bonded to Daisy. We are hoping to find a rescue placement that will allow the girls to remain together and continue receiving the love and stability they deserve. Daisy and Stella have become very loved in our home and have made significant progress adjusting to a stable environment. The girls were very skinny when they were first "rescued" and their family has done everything to help get them back to a healthy weight and good health in general. The girls are crated separately during the day on work days and also any errand runs. They consider their crates as “safe zones” during the day and may enter even with the family at home. They have free run when they are home with the dogs. They ALWAYS choose to sleep together in an XL crate every evening. They will need a secure fenced yard as that is considered their "exercise zone". Stella is still young and has plenty of energy to burn. These girls are currently living with the family who rescued them and they have a 3 yr old child that the dogs have done well with.  The dogs have been with this family for a couple of months, but prior to that, they lived with an older couple who passed away. Our volunteer says "This is definitely a bonded pair of very petite dogs that adore and love eachother and can't be separated." Toby is 5 years old and spoiled rotten. I have had him since he was 7 weeks old. He loves to be petted and rubbed. He is a Velcro dog! He hates a bath but loves a blower dryer to dry him. He loves people, he does well with older kids, teenagers and adults. He loves cats, sometimes I think he thinks he is one. He is smart and is a flat coat meaning he does shed. He’s rarely been around other dogs but he loves to play with our neighbors dog through the fence. He so funny, he will always make you laugh. I am hoping to find him an amazing home because he has so much love to give and he deserves to be loved as much as he loves!!

Meet Eleanor The Gentle Goldendoodle Learning to Shine Eleanor is an adorable Goldendoodle around 4 years old with a soft, sweet spirit and a gentle presence. She is friendly and kind, though she can be cautious and a bit timid at first in new situations. She walks nicely on leash and does well with routine. With time, patience, and gentle encouragement, Eleanor continues to grow more confident each day. She would do best in a home with a more social, confident dog who can help guide her and encourage her to keep coming out of her shell. Eleanor is a tender-hearted girl who thrives with reassurance and calm companionship. In the right home, she will continue to blossom into a devoted and loving companion.
