Welcome Goose to CCPAL Rescue. Goose is a 6-year old Golden Retriever/Poodle –Goldendoodle. This boy is gorgeous. He weighs about 70-75 pounds and is a good weight. He is not a shedding dog and will need grooming to keep his coat in good shape. He is good with teens and in a group of dogs, he gets picked on. He is not dominant and hasn’t had a ton of training. He is a smartie and would love a home where he can be the center of attention and get training and attention daily. He has been around teens and we think as far as children go they should be 8 or older. He is a little timid but very sweet. He is energetic and smart. He would like someone that isn’t a couch potato to join him and play with him on the daily. He is getting neutered on Monday and has been getting his vaccinations. He will be ready for adoption in about 1 week. He is currently in Texas and can be adopted locally in Texas or we can work with one of the wonderful transporters to get him to Washington, Portland, Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast. His adoption fee is 600 and transport is 200. He will get a lot of applications. Please be patient. We are a small group and we will be working hard to find this beauty his best forever home.
