Story
Bella is a Double Doodle -a Labradoodle and Goldendoodle mix - born in May, 17, 2021; we adopted her from a breeder when she was 4 months old. She is a happy, loving, and well-behaved dog. Due to changes in our family’s schedule, we now travel frequently on weekends and sometimes for week-long trips. As a result, Bella spends more time with dog sitters than we feel is fair to her. We are looking for a loving, stable home where she will receive consistent companionship, attention, and care. This is a difficult decision, but we want Bella to have the happy and fulfilling life she deserves.

Story
Mellow is a great 2-year-old dog. He will need a lot of attention and needs his daily exercise. He has to be close to people and have lots of room in the yard to run. The only reason for relocation is that my mom is moving in, and she has two small dogs that will not get along with him. He has been trained and will do well with an e-collar if used consistently. He has lots of energy and loves to play. He loves people and is good with kids. Cats may not tolerate him because he keeps bugging them playfully.

Story
I got Charlie as a puppy, from day one he was shy and afraid and needy, I have gone through training with him, He got better, and then I started to care for my grandson 5 days a week, seems like that had an affect on him as we no longer are able to do the things we used to, we were very active. Although he loves playing with two out of the other three dogs I have, he may need to be the only dog, now sure how he will be with other dogs, He needs to feel love and attention, he knows basic training, he’s a very lovable boy, a good dog, with energy, he’s just doesn’t get along with my one dog she’s 14 with health issues, the only reason I have to part with him, What Charlie needs is to be loved and active, he loves walks , playing ball, and just being with you, it breaks my heart to part with him, but I know I’m not helping him to become the confident dog he needs to be, I only want serious inquiries and someone to give him the very best home

Story
Bailey is 8 years old. She was adopted by us at 6 months. She has a brother Ollie as well. She is a fastastic girl. We are about to be empty nesters and work away from home and will be enclosed up to 12 hours per day. She needs more love than that. She is silly, loves watermelon, is house trained.

Story
Meet Arthur! My name is Arthur and I am a young, good-natured, and affectionate mixed-breed dog that weighs 65# and I would love to make your acquaintance.  They say I am very popular with the ladies, but buddies are cool too. I like being outside on sunny days, although I consider myself an indoor dog.  I really just prefer to be where my people are.  I am potty-trained and I sleep on my own bed next to my stepsister.  I’ve recently been neutered and I have had my first set of shots and something called a microchip.  I am happy all of the time and I still feel like a puppy a lot of days. I have a lot of energy that I need to manage, but once I get a little tired out, I can settle down and relax like everybody else.  As I get older, it will start to get easier for me. To help me manage it now, I like to be taken on long walks that give me plenty of time to smell the flowers.  A hike is even better! My leash skills are pretty good, but I’m young and I am still working on them.  I still get distracted a little…bit… …was that a Squirrel?!! I am very athletic and I bet I can keep up with any human!  I like to run and jump, and I have a very graceful trot where I just glide along the ground.   It just comes naturally, I guess.  I like playing in the water when the hose comes out, and I can jump very high to try to bite the stream and then chase it all over.  My stepsister just watches, but I think it’s great fun!  I like shaking my stuffed animal toys (but not too hard my foster says) and playing tug-of-war with old towels. I wish the whole world could be my playground! I have been staying with my foster family for about a month now and we have been getting along great! They have a nice big yard for me to run in, my stepsister gives me somebody to annoy, and they are super nice to me. They give me food!   I just think I’m ready to find my forever home now.  Once I do, I will want to stay with my people always.  I think I would like it if I wasn’t the only dog.  I don’t really like being by myself too much and always prefer company.  When I find that, I will be the happiest dog in the world! I’ve been getting a lot of attention in my current home, some structure, and a familiarity to their schedule.   I am very food motivated and it always seems like I’m hungry.  My stepfamily has been teaching me a lot.  Everybody tells me that I’m super smart! Arthur is vaccinated, neutered and chipped. His adoption fee is $450 We cover the medical to prepare the pet for adoption and the adopt donations go directly to cover those costs and range from $295-$495.  Thank you for stepping up to save a life! To expedite to meet with this dog, please go to our site at www.savinggreatanimals.org and fill out an application. We look at the first applications to arrive, so we hope to hear from you soon! Fill out the form, save it to your hard drive, then email back to sian@gingerspetrescue.org Meet Max Max is a 10-month-old Standard Poodle boy, weighing about 35 lbs, with a striking white coat, long legs, and a bright, intelligent expression that hints at just how special he is. He was rescued from a high-kill shelter in South Korea, where his future was uncertain and time was running out. Despite that rough start, Max is resilient, curious, and ready to experience the life every young dog deserves — one filled with learning, love, and adventure. Still very much a puppy, Max is at an age where training, bonding, and exploration are part of everyday life. He’s eager to grow into a confident companion and is looking for a home that will guide him, engage his clever mind, and include him in family life. &#226&#156&#168 Adoption Information Max’s adoption fee is $1,995, a non-refundable donation that helps support lifesaving rescue efforts. It includes: Neuter Vaccinations Microchip Boarding and daily care Health certificate Transport from South Korea to Seattle &#226&#156&#136&#239&#184&#143 A GPS tracker or Apple AirTag is required for all adopted dogs — you may bring your own or purchase one from us. Story
We adopted Frank from a breeder in Ohio two years ago. He is an active dog who loves walks, playing ball, going to the beach, and snuggling as well. He is protective of our home, yet warms up to people quickly with a few treats. He has been to day camp several days a week, so gets along with dogs. He plays well with kids, but can be a bit too energetic for toddlers, accidentally knocking them over. He knows basic commands and walks well on a leash. His recall could use some work. We love him to death, but I retired early for unforeseen reasons, and wish to travel more for extended periods of time. His energy level also exceeds ours. Frank will do extremely well with a family that can provide lots of attention and love, and has a large yard for him to run around in. Or, an active couple or adult who has the time for him. He does need either daily brushing, or he needs grooming every 8 weeks. It is hard for us to rehome him, but with the traveling we plan to do, it is only fair to him.
