Story
He loves to play also but he is also a great cuddler and loves to relax too. He is great with kids. He is good with other dogs. Not sure if he is good with other animals but we think he is mixed with some sort of hunting dog so I'm not sure how he would do with cats or other animals. He is completely house trained, kennel trained, and he walks fine on a leash unless there are other dogs around then he will pull. Nico is an owner rehome, he is currently in Foster with his previous owner. There has been no lack of love or care, however because of changed circumstance they are needing to rehome him.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Please meet Annabel a Great Dane 1.5 to 2 years old and 72 lbs.  Annabel was rescued from the street along with her pups in La Paz, BCS, Mexico.  She is VERY sweet and grateful to be in a foster home where she is loved and cared for, but is looking for her forever home where she can get all the love she craves.  She is very sweet and loves to climb up into your lap for hugs and petting, and likes to snuggle with you on the couch to watch TV.  She gets along great with other dogs in her foster home and is especially fond of puppies.  Annabel walks nicely on leash, but sometimes gets scared when she sees other dogs and will need more practice and positive reinforcement and obedience training to build her confidence.  She is very food motivated and easy to train! If you love Great Danes Annabel is your girl.  Annabel is vaccinated, microchip and spayed. 5-2 years old. Was found with her litter of puppies (Apple, Axel and Rose) running the street, very thin and almost hit by a truck. A neighbor rescued her and we took them in. She is very sweet, LOVES to climb up in your lap for hugs. 72 lbs. Gets along great with other dogs, loves puppies. Walks nicely on leash but she is leash reactive when she sees other dogs and gets very concerned. Not aggressive just scared. I am working with her on it using positive reinforcement and she's doing much better but will need someone who can continue her training.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.June 6, 2023, 6:37 pm

Story
Sweet Dixie found herself in a shelter with a condition known as cherry eye. She was overlooked despite her sweet nature, but Labs and More could not say no to this gentle giant. We rescued her and got the surgery she needed on her eye. Dixie is between 3 and 4 months old and is a big girl that is likely a Great Dane and Mastiff mix. She has dark brindle coloring and big paws to grow into. Dixie is looking for a family that understands the time, patience, and energy needed to raise a young pup. We require all puppy adopters to provide training that includes: house training, basic training, leash training, and socialization. Additionally, this cutie is going to need proper exercise, mental stimulation, and your attention and love to grow up to be the best companion. We do not allow our dogs or puppies to sleep or live outside; they must be incorporated into your family and be made a priority in your life. In return, you will have the most loving and loyal family member you could ask for. If you think you are ready to add to your family by adopting Dixie, then fill out an adoption questionnaire on our website today! We recommend completing the questionnaire and connecting with an adoption coach before looking for a dog or puppy you'd like to adopt. If you're already approved to adopt or if you've adopted from Labs and More before, connect with your adoption coach for the next steps. Your interest in adopting a rescued dog or puppy from Labs and More Rescue is appreciated! Please find our adoption information at www.labsandmore.org. Your adoption donation provides funding for Labs and More, a nonprofit organization which is supported solely by Volunteers and funded by donations. Good news is your adoption donation can be considered tax deductible. So much care is provided to your new dog prior to the adoption, including: spay and neuter, microchip, veterinarian visit(s), vaccinations, and other medical care as needed. Many of the dogs we rescue require extensive surgeries and care prior to adoption. Please understand we are unable to predict future behavior or medical needs of your adopted dog. We provide no guarantees regarding behavior, breed, or age of the dogs. Thank you for rescuing. Thank you for looking to Adopt a Labrador Retriever or other Mixed Breed Dog from California Labradors Retrievers and More Rescue. Story
Cali has been with me for 4 years since she was a puppy. I have a little ranch - she has begun chasing the horses and is somewhat upset with my other dogs when they are around me. I decided that she would be happier as an only dog in a home where she is the center of attention of her owner. She is loving, active and healthy. She has been an outdoor dog but would, I believe, adapt to being indoors with her person without problem. She sleeps in a crate at night.
