Story
Raider is a sweet boy who needs a home with maybe a young couple who can give him attention and be active with him. A large yard or an active lifestyle would be great. We have 2 elderly dogs that he gets along with great and four kids that he love and protects as his own. He is all the personality of a Great Dane, hilarious and goofy. It breaks our hearts to have to rehome him but I know there is someone out there who can better fit his active needs. He will be 2 in March.

Story
Our well trained, loving, playful Klifford needs a home that will have the time and space to give him the extra love and attention Great Danes require. We have young kids and busy work schedules that sadly don’t allow us to give him the attention he deserves. Saying goodbye to him will be extremely hard, but for his quality of life, we know it’s best. He will be the best addition to any family!

Oden is a wonderful and growing Great Dane puppy. He spent the first five months of his life on a 5 to 6 foot chain. So when he arrived at the shelter, he did not have a lot of manners. But he is sweet as all get out. He is loving, playful, and just wonderful!

Story
Oden is a wonderful and growing Great Dane puppy. He spent the first five months of his life on a 5 to 6 foot chain. So when he arrived at the shelter, he did not have a lot of manners. But he is sweet as all get out. He is loving, playful, and just wonderful! **** Please read adoption information carefully!!!**** Odin is a stunningly handsome little boy -male, 7 months -supposedly pure-bread, -Neutered -Current Weight : 90 lbs, will grow -Crate trained -Potty trained Odin is a big, funny bundle of joy, energy, and affection. He is just a big goofball! Odin is still a puppy, and will continue to grow. He is on the bigger side, but has an abundance of affection and cuteness! Odin is a well-adjusted puppy who has been hand raised. He has never shown any signs of aggression of any kind, including food aggression, although he can occasionally be a little rambunctious. He really thinks that he is a little dog…. ? Odin wants to be a lapdog; he can’t quite figure out why he doesn’t fit in my lap, but he settles for putting his head in my lap, since the rest of him doesn’t fit 😜 Odin is used to playing and sleeping with the other dogs on the property. He is well socialized, both with humans and dogs. While I have never seen him interact with a cat, I have no reason to anticipate a problem. ************************************ ADOPTION INFORMATION ************************************ I only adopt LOCALLY; San Diego and immediate vicinity. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Check Me out ! Meet Astro!  This sweet boy was turned in to the shelter by his family as they lived in military housing and were about to welcome a baby. Unfortunately, the 29 Palms shelter has limited resources and little space for a dog of Astro's size. ASR stepped in and found a foster for Astro that had land and space for him to romp around on. Astro is a true gentle giant. He is friendly with people, dogs, and cats. He walks well on a leash and is working on taking commands and directions. He is treat-motivated and loves his ball. He is smart and rides well in the car. At around 3 years old, this sweet boy weighs a whomping 120 lbs. Astro has all the fantastic attributes of a Great Dane. Could Astro be the mini horse you've been looking for?    If interested in adopting Astro, click HERE!   Astro's adoption fee is $495, which covers his up-to-date vaccines, microchip, and neuter.  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.October 14, 2025, 10:03 pm
